CONSTITUTION:Since one end of the cleaner blade 3 is fixed at the opening lower edge part of the toner accumulation part 4 in the cleaning device 5 and the other end is abutted with the photosensitive drum 2, a scraped toner is stopped by the cleaner blade 3 with superior sealing property, therefore, the dropping of the toner from the cleaning device 5 downward can be prevented. Also, since no recording paper 1 passes underneath the cleaning device 5, it is possible to obtain the print with the low cost and high equality by preventing the printing plane of the recording paper 1 being stained even when the toner drops below the cleaning device 5.
