NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (Rf is perfluoroalkenyl C6F11 or C9F17; R is 1-18C alkyl; m is 1 or 2; n is 1-30). USE:Useful as a surface active agent, lubricant, releasing agent, cosmetic and high polymer surface improver. PREPARATION:A perfluoroalkenyloxy aromatic carboxylic acid chloride shown by formula II such as p-(perfluorononenyloxy)benzoic acid chloride is reacted with a polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ether shown by formula III in the presence of a basic compound such as pyridine or triethylamine and K2CO3 or NaOH to give a compound shown by formula I.
