Claims (7)
- 하기식(1)의 고용체인 합성금속 수산화물(composite metal hydroxide).상기 식(1)에서 M2는 Mn2, Fe2, Co2, Ni2, Cu2및 Zn2로 구성된 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 2가 금속이온이고, x는 0.001 f x f 0.9 의 범위를 갖는 것임.
- 활성성분으로서 제1항의 합성금속수산화물을 함유하는 수지 및/또는 고무용 방염제(flame retardant).
- 제2항에 있어서, 식 (1)의 합성금속수산화물이 하기 식(2)의 합성금속수산화물인 방염제.Mgl-X(Ni2+및/또는 Zn2+)(OH)2....(2)상기 식 (2)에서 x는 상기 식(1)에서 한정된 것과 동일한 것임.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식(1)의 합성금속수산화물이 고급지방산들, 음이온성 계면활성제들, 인산에스테르들, -실란-티탄산염, 알루미늄 함유 결합제 및 다가 알코올 및 지방산들의 에스테르들로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 표면처리제로 표면처리된 방염제.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 식(2)의 합성금속 수산화물이 1-20/g의 BET 비표면적 및 0.2-0.4의 평균 제2입자직경(마이크로트랙법에 의해 측정된 것임)을 갖는 방염제.
- 100중량부의 수지 및/또는 고무와 제1항에 제시된 20-250 중량부의 합성금속수산화물을 함유하는 방염 수지 및/또는 고무조성물(flame-retardant resin and/or rubber composition).
- 제6항에 있어서, 탄소분말, 적인, 아크릴섬유 및 산화니켈로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 추가로 함유하는 방염 수지 및/또는 고무조성물.
