Description
Claims (19)
- 최대 입자직경이 약 0.5μm이고 평균 입자직경이 약 0.1 내지 0.3μm인 복수의 입자로 구성되는 세라믹 소결체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 입자의 각각이 균일한 조성 및 균일한 결정계를 가지며, 개개의 입자가 동일한 조성 및 결정계를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 입자와는 다른 조성을 갖는 입계상(grain boundary phase)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 입계상의 두께가 약 5nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 최대 입자직경이 약 0.4μm이고 상기 평균 입자직경이 약 0.5 내지 0.25μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 입자의 각각이 균일한 조성 및 균일한 결정계를 가지며, 개개의 입자가 동일한 조성 및 결정계를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 입자와는 다른 조성을 갖는 입계상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹.
- 최대 입자직경이 약 0.5μm이고 평균 입자직경이 약 0.1 내지 0.3μm인 복수의 입자로 구성되는 세라믹 소결체를 포함하는 세라믹층과;상기 세라믹층과 결합된 제 1 도체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 도체와 전기적으로 연결되며, 상기 부품의 외부로부터 접근할 수 있는 제 2 도체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 입자의 각각이 균일한 조성 및 균일한 결정계를 가지며, 상기 소결체가 조성이 다른 2종류 이상의 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 상기 입자가, 상기 입자와 조성이 다른 입계상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 입계상의 두께가 약 5nm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 도체가 비금속(卑金屬)으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹이 비환원성 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 최대 입자직경이 약 0.4μm이고 평균 입자직경이 약 0.15 내지 0.25μm인 복수의 입자로 구성되는 세라믹 소결체를 포함하는 세라믹층과;상기 세라믹층과 결합된 제 1 도체;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 도체와 전기적으로 연결되며 상기 부품의 외부로부터 접근할 수 있는 제 2 도체를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 입자의 각각이 균일한 조성 및 균일한 결정계를 가지며, 상기 소결체가 조성이 다른 2종류 이상의 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 도체가 비금속으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
- 제 18 항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹이 비환원성 세라믹인 것을 특징으로 하는 모놀리식 세라믹 전자 부품.
