- 230℃, 2.16kg하중의 용융흐름지수가 1.5∼40g/10분인 폴리프로필렌 수지를 주재로 하여 난연제 10∼30중량%, 난연조제 5∼10중량% 및 테트라플루오로에틸렌 중합체 0.10∼3중량%가 함유되어 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌 수지는 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체 또는 프로필렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 난연제는 무기계로 수산화마그네슘, 하이드로탈사이트, 암모늄폴리포스페이트과 할로겐화합물로서 데카브로모디페닐에테르, 에틸렌-비스(테트라브로모 프탈이미드), 비스펜타브로모 페녹시에탄, 테트라브로모 비스페놀 A-비스(2,3-디브로모프로필에테르), 비스[[3,5-디브로모-4-(2',3'-디브로모프로필옥 시)]페닐]술폰으로부터 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 난연조제가 삼산화안티몬, 오산화안티몬 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 중합체가 65∼76중량%의 불소함량을 갖는 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 난연성 폴리프로필렌 수지조성물.
