Claims (7)
- 피스톤 링이 실린더 라이너의 내주면을 따라 슬라이딩하는 내연기관에 있어서, 상기 실린더 라이너는 주철재 또는 강재로 이루어고, 상기 내주면의 적어도 일부분에 산화철 피막을 가지며, 상기 산화철 피막은 표면의 요철에 직경 1㎛ 정도의 다수의 공공(空孔)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실린더 라이너
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기의 산화철피막이 에어플라즈마 용사도금, 용융 질산염처리, 수증기처리 중의 한 가지 방법에 의해서 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실린더 라이너.
- 피스톤 링이 실린더 라이너의 내주면을 따라 슬라이딩하는 내연기관에 있어서,상기 실린더 라이너가 주철재 또는 강재로 이루어고, 상기 내주면의 적어도 일부분에 산화철 피막을 가지며, 상기 산화철 피막은 표면의 요철에 직경 1㎛ 정도의 다수의 공공을 갖고,상기 피스톤 링은 적어도 상기 실린더 라이너와의 슬라이딩 면에 금속 질화물로 이루어진 피막을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 실린더 라이너와 피스톤 링의 조합.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 질화물피막이 PVD 또는 CVD에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연기관의 피스톤 링과 실린더 라이너의 조합.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 질화물피막이 Cr-N 합금, Cr-B-N 합금, Ti-N 합금, Cr-B-V-N 합금 중 어느 하나로 이루어인 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연기관의 피스톤 링과 실린더 라이너의 조합.
- 제 4 항 또는 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 금속 질화물이 Cr-N의 결정조직내에 산소 1-15 질량%와 탄소 1-15 질량%를 고용(固溶)하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연기관의 피스톤 링과 실린더 라이너의 조합.
- 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 링이, 상기 피스톤 링의 모재와 상기 금속 질화물피막의 사이에 형성된 질화물층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연기관의 피스톤 링과 실린더 라이너의 조합.
