Claims (10)
- 불소화 단량체의 중합 공정으로부터의 폐수로부터 고체 미립자 및/또는 고체 미립자로 전환될 수 있는 물질을 우선 제거하는 단계, 불소화 유화제 산을 음이온 교환 수지 위에 후속적으로 결합시키는 단계 및 음이온 교환 수지로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 용출시키는 단계를 포함하여, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 미립자가 침전됨을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 미립자가 기계적으로 제거됨을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고체 미립자로 전환될 수 있는 물질이 침전됨을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전된 물질이 침전법에 의해 분리 제거됨을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 및 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전된 물질이 부유법에 의해 분리 제거됨을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 옥살산 함량이 매우 낮은 순수한 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하기 위해, 폐수를 알루미늄염 용액과 격렬하게 혼합하면서 처리하는 단계, 석회유를 사용하여 폐수의 pH가 6 내지 7.5로 되도록 후속적으로 조절하는 단계, 형성된 침전물을 여과 제거하는 단계 및 황산을 사용하여 용액의 pH가 7 미만으로 되도록 조절한 후에 용액을 이온 교환제 위로 통과시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 음이온 교환 수지가 강염기 음이온 교환 수지임을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 음이온 교환 수지로부터의 불소화 유화제 산의 용출이 희석 무기산과 유기 용매와의 혼합물을 사용하여 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 폐수로부터 불소화 유화제 산을 회수하는 방법.
