Description
Claims (4)
- (A) i ) 폴리에스테르 폴리올 70-98 중량%, 폴리에테르 폴리올 0-20 중량%,및 폴리머 폴리올 0.2-30 중량%를 포함하며, 관능도(functionality)가 2.0-2.5이고, 평균 분자량이 500-5000인혼합 폴리올 80-90중량부,ii) 물 0.5-2.5중량부,iii) 경화제 5-12 중량부, 및iv) 팽창성 미세구형 유기 충진물 0.1-5.0 중량부를 포함하는 폴리올 혼합물, 및(B) 이소시아네이트 반응기 말단을 갖는 프리폴리머(prepolymer)를 포함하고,상기 (A) 폴리올 혼합물과 (B) 프리폴리머의 몰비가 1: 0.9-1.1인 신발 중창용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 신발 중창용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 발포시키면 성형 밀도가 0.20-0.30g/㏄인 폴리우레탄 폼(foam)을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 중창용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 팽창성 미세 구형 유기 충진물은 아크릴로니트릴과 비닐리덴 클로라이드의 공중합 고분자로 된 쉘(shell)이 이소 부탄을 둘러싼 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 신발 중창용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 폴리에스테르 폴리올은 아디픽산, 아젤라익산, 숙신산 및 말론산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 지방족 이염기산과 에틸렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 네오펜탄글리콜, 트리메틸올프로판 및 글리세롤로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 비환형 글리콜을 반응시켜 얻어지는 것이고,상기 폴리에테르 폴리올은 에텔렌글리콜, 프로필렌글리콜, 트리메틸렌글리콜, 1,2-부탄디올, 1,3-부탄디올, 1,4-부탄디올 1,2-펜탄디올, 1,4-펜탄디올, 1,5-펜탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 글리세롤 및 트리메틸올프로판으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 다가알콜과 에틸렌옥사이드, 프로필렌옥사이드 및 부틸렌옥사이드로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 알킬렌옥사이드의 중합반응으로 얻어지는 것이며,상기 폴리머 폴리올은 상기와 같이 제조된 폴리에스테르 폴리올에 아크릴로니트릴, 스티렌, 비닐아세테이트, 비닐클로라이드 및 아크릴산에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 모노머를 단독 중합 또는 공중합하여 얻어지는 고분자를 분산시켜 제조되거나, 상기와 같이 제조된 폴리에테르 폴리올에 4,4′-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트, 2,4-톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 2,6-톨루엔디이소시아네이트, 1,6-헥사메틸렌디이소시아네이트, 이소포론디이소시아네이트 및 카보디이미드변성 디이소시아네이트로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 디이소시아네이트와 에틸렌디아민, 톨루엔디아민 및 디아미노디페닐메탄으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 디아민을 반응시켜 얻어지는 고분자를 분산시켜 제조되는 것인신발 중창용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
