Claims (16)
- 2개 이상의 니트로 그룹을 갖는 방향족 화합물을 반응 영역에 공급하고 당해 화합물을 촉매와 접촉시키는 단계(a),환원 가스를 반응 영역으로 통과시켜 가스가 당해 화합물과 접촉하도록 하는 단계(b),지지된 활성 금속을 포함하는 촉매의 존재하에, 반응 중간체의 양이 방향족 아민의 중량을 기준으로 하여 30중량% 이하인 전환율에 도달할 때까지, 니트로 그룹을 아민 그룹으로 환원시키는 단계(c),제1 스트림을 반응 영역으로부터 배출시키고 제1 스트림을 반응 영역으로 재순환시키는 단계(d),목적하는 방향족 아민 생성물, 및 방향족 아민의 중량을 기준으로 하여 30중량% 이하의 반응 중간체를 포함하는 제2 스트림을 반응 영역으로부터 배출시키는 단계(e),단계(e)의 스트림으로부터 순도가 99% 이상인 방향족 아민, 및 방향족 아민 50중량% 이상과 반응 중간체 50중량% 이하를 함유하는 혼합물을 회수하는 단계(f) 및단계(f)의 혼합물을 반응 영역에 공급하는 단계(g)를 포함하는, 방향족 아민의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연속적으로 수행되고 반응 중간체의 양이 10% 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열이 열 교환에 의해 제1 스트림으로부터 제거되어 반응 영역 내부의 온도가 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 미분되어 있는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 반응 매질 속에 분산된 미분 촉매 함유 현탁액 형태인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반응 매질이 물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 환원 가스가 현탁액에서 버블링되어 방향족 화합물과 접촉하고, 단계(e)에서, 제2 스트림이, 촉매를 포함하는 현탁액 중에 침지된 필터 카트리지에 의해 반응 영역으로부터 제거되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환원 가스가 수소를 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 2개 이상의 니트로 그룹을 함유하는 방향족 화합물이 디니트로톨루엔인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 환원 가스 대 방향족 화합물의 몰 비가 5 내지 10인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 원소 주기율표의 VIII족에 속하는 금속으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 촉매가 탄소상에 지지된 팔라듐인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 촉매가 평균 치수가 10 내지 100㎛인 입자 형태인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 영역 내의 온도가 120 내지 220℃이고 압력이 0.5 내지 10MPa인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 스트림이 방향족 아민을 회수하기 위한 증류 공정으로 공급되는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응 영역으로부터 배출된 제2 스트림이, 방향족 아민이 회수되는 결정화 장치로 공급되는 방법.
