Description
Claims (10)
- MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치로서,자기 공명 볼륨에서 정적인 자기장을 적용시키도록 채택되는 정적인 자기장 자석과;초음파 에너지 적용 영역 내의 초음파 에너지를 적용시키기 위하여 채택되는 적어도 하나의 초음파 에너지 어플리케이터 및;상기 초음파 에너지 적용 영역이 표적의 영역내에서 자기 공명 볼륨을 중첩할 수 있도록 상기 어플리케이터를 위치시키기 위하여 상기 초음파 에너지 어플리케이터를 이동시키기 위한 기계적인 위치선정 수단을 포함하고,상기 정적인 자기장 자석은 양쪽 단부에서 개방되고 또한 하나의 측부에서 개방되며; 상기 개방된 하나의 측부는 상향 또는 하향으로 되어 있으며, 상기 초음파 에너지 어플리케이터의 기계적인 위치선정 수단은 상기 개방된 하나의 측부 가까이 그리고 상기 개방된 하나의 측부의 외부쪽에 위치되며; 상기 초음파 에너지 어플리케이터는 상기 정적인 자기장 자석의 개방된 측부중의 외부쪽에 또한 위치되는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,하향쪽으로 개방된 상기 정적인 자기장 자석은, 처리될 환자가 유체와 직접적으로 접촉하도록 하는 개방된 가요성 유체 컨테이너를 또한 포함하는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,환자를 고정하기 위한 처리 베드를 또한 포함하고, 상기 처리 베드는 개방부를 구비하며, 상기 가요성 유체 컨테이너는 상기 개방부를 통하여 환자에 연결되며, 상기 가요성 유체 컨테이너내에 저장된 유체는 가스가 제거된 물인 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 정적인 자기장 자석은 상향으로 개방된 개구를 가지며, 상기 가요성 유체 컨테이너는 가요성의 음파 박막 재료에 의하여 폐쇄되며, 상기 가요성의 음파 박막은 환자와의 접촉 표면으로 사용되는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 자석의 폐쇄된 측부는 환자를 고정하기 위한 베드로서 사용될 수 있는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 1, 3 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,실시간 MRI의 빠른 이미지는, 처리될 표적의 영역을 위치시키고 초음파 비임 전송 경로를 첵크하며 처리 진행(treatment procedure)하기 위하여 사용되는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 7에 있어서,상기 실시간 MRI의 빠른 이미지는, 처리될 표적의 영역에 음파 에너지 적용을 모니터하거나 및/또는 초음파 비임 전송 경로를 첵크하기 위하여 사용되는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 1, 3 내지 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,처리될 상기 표적의 영역상의 로컬 온도 정보 및/또는 상기 MRI 시스템으로 부터 자기 공진 볼륨내에 초음파 비임 전송 경로를 얻기 위한 수용 및 처리 수단을 부가로 포함하는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서,상기 로컬 온도 정보는 처리를 모니터링하기 위하여 사용되는 MRI 유도의 고강도 집속 초음파 치료 장치.
