Abstract

Dispositivo terapêutico por ultra-som guiado por meio de imagens por ressonância magnética. A presente invenção oferece uma unidade terapêutica de ultra-som guiada por MRI, a qual inclui um campo magnético estático que é adaptado para que aplique um campo magnético estático em um volume ressonância magnética o qual esta confinado a uma zona a qual é pré-determinada; ao menos um aplicador de energia de ultra-som é adaptado para poder aplicar energia a uma zona de aplicação de energia a qual é pré-determinada; e também um dispositivo para a movimentação e o posicionamento do referido aplicador de energia de ultra-som o qual é adaptado para que se faça com que a de aplicação de energia de ultra-som possa fazer intersecção com o volume de ressonância magnética na região terapêutica alvo. Na unidade, o campo magnético estático é do tipo duas terminações abertas (two-end-open) e de lado da face aberta (side-face-open), sendo que o lado da face aberta tem a sua abertura direcionada para cima, ou então, para baixo, e o dispositivo de para a movimentação e posicionamento para o aplicador de energia de ultra-som se encontra próximo e para o lado de fora da abertura da face de lado. De acordo com a presente invenção, a limitação de espaço do dispositivo para a movimentação e posicionamento para o aplicador de energia é eliminada, e ao mesmo tempo, a demanda não magnética do dispositivo para a movimentação e posicionamento para trocador de energia é eliminada em maior espectro, de forma que resolve de maneira particular o problema de interferência no sistema imagens por ressonância magnética, do campo magnético que é gerado pela corrente de trabalho, na linha de alimentação, do trocador de energia.
