- 시그널 펩티드, 단백질 발현 확인용 표지(epitope) 및 외래 유전자 삽입 부위를 함유하되,상기 시그널 펩티드는 OmpW 시그널 펩티드(ompW SS), StfA 시그널 펩티드(stfA SS) 및 AgfA 시그널 펩티드(agfA SS)로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 외래 단백질의 발현ㆍ분비용 재조합 벡터.
