Claims (9)
- Cr:11~35질량%, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 Fe기 합금으로 이루어지는 기지 중에,Mo:20~60질량%, Cr: 3~12질량%, Si:1~12질량%, 잔부가 Co 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어지고, Co 합금 기지 중에 몰리브덴 규화물이 석출 분산되는 경질상이 15~70체적% 분산되는 Fe기 내마모성 소결 부재로 이루어지는 외측 부재와,용제(溶製)인 스테인리스강으로 이루어지는 내측 부재로 이루어지고,상기 외측 부재에 형성된 구멍부에 상기 내측 부재가 끼워 맞춰짐과 더불어 확산 접합하여 일체화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Fe기 합금이, Ni:3.5~22질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 Fe기 합금이, Mo:0.3~7질량%, Nb:0.45질량%이하, Al:0.1~5질량%, N:0.3질량%이하, Si:0.15~5질량%, Se:0.15질량%이하, P:0.2질량%이하, S:0.15질량%이하중 적어도 1종을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품.
- Cr:11~35질량%, 잔부가 Fe 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 Fe기 합금 분말과,Mo:20~60%, Cr:3~12%, Si:1~12%, 잔부가 Co 및 불가피 불순물로 이루어진 경질상 형성 합금 분말을 준비하고,상기 Fe기 합금 분말에, 상기 경질상 형성 합금 분말을 15~70체적% 첨가하고, 혼합한 혼합 분말을 원료 분말로서 이용하고,상기 원료 분말을, 용제강으로 이루어지는 내측 부재와 끼워 맞추는 구멍부를 갖는 외측 부재 형상으로 압분(壓粉) 성형하고,얻어진 외측 부재 압분체의 상기 끼워 맞춤용 구멍부에 용제인 스테인리스강으로 이루어지는 내측 부재를 끼워 맞춘 후, 소결에 의해 외측 부재의 소결과 외측 부재와 내측 부재의 확산 접합을 동시에 행하여 일체화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 외측 부재 압분체를 예비 소결한 후, 재압축하여 예비 소결 재압체(再壓體)로 하고, 상기 예비 소결 재압체의 구멍부에 용제강으로 이루어지는 내측 부재를 끼워 맞춘 후, 소결에 의해 외측 부재의 소결과 외측 부재와 내측 부재의 확산 접합을 동시에 행하여 일체화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 Fe기 합금 분말로서, 최대 입경 46㎛ 이하의 분말의 양이 90질량% 이상 포함되어 있는 분말을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 Fe기 합금 분말로서, 청구항 6에 기재된 분말을 이용하여, 평균 입경 80~150㎛의 크기로 조립(造粒)한 조립 분말을 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4 내지 청구항 7 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 Fe기 합금 분말이, Ni:3.5~22질량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 Fe기 합금 분말이, Mo:0.3~7질량%, Nb:0.45질량%이하, Al:0.1~5질량%, N:0.3질량%이하, Si:0.15~5질량%, Se:0.15질량%이하, P:0.2질량%이하, S:0.15질량% 이하 중 적어도 1종을 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 복합 슬라이딩 부품의 제조 방법.
