- 화상 데이터상에 압축 처리를 실행하며,입력 화상 데이터를 복수의 비트 정도 부분으로 분할하고, 분할된 부분마다 소정의 압축 방식을 적용함으로써 압축 처리를 실행하는 신호 처리부를 포함하고,상기 신호 처리부는, 화상 데이터를 상위측 비트와 하위측 비트로 분할하고, 분할된 상위측 비트를 무손실 압축 방식에 기초하여 무손실 압축을 실행하며,상기 신호 처리부는, 입력 화상 데이터를 소정 화소수의 블록 단위로 압축하며,상기 신호 처리부는, 각 블럭을 위한 화상의 복잡성에 따라서 화소의 비트 정도를 적응적으로 가변시키도록 구성된 화상 신호 처리장치에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는 하위 비트 정도의 화소의 비트 정도를 감소시킬 때, 화소치에 의해 판단을 실행하고, 고화소치보다 저화소치의 하위 비트 정도가 감소되기 어렵도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 신호 처리장치.
- 화상 데이터상에 압축 처리를 실행하며,입력 화상 데이터를 복수의 비트 정도 부분으로 분할하고, 분할된 부분마다 소정의 압축 방식을 적용함으로써 압축 처리를 실행하는 신호 처리부를 포함하고,상기 신호 처리부는, 화상 데이터를 상위측 비트와 하위측 비트로 분할하고, 분할된 상위측 비트를 무손실 압축 방식에 기초하여 무손실 압축을 실행하며,상기 신호 처리부는 각 블록을 위한 목표 압축율을 달성하기 위하여 대역 압축 처리를 실행하고, 무손실 압축 방식에 기초하여 압축 처리에 의해 목표 압축율을 달성할 때는 무손실 압축을 실행하고, 무손실 압축으로 목표 압축율이 채워지지 않을 때에만 손실 압축 방식에 기초하여 압축 처리를 실행하며,상기 신호 처리부는, 각 블럭을 위한 화상의 복잡성에 따라서 화소의 비트 정도를 적응적으로 가변시키도록 구성된 화상 신호 처리장치에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는 하위 비트 정도의 화소의 비트 정도를 감소시킬 때, 화소치에 의해 판단을 실행하고, 고화소치보다 저화소치의 하위 비트 정도를 감소되기 어렵도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 신호 처리장치.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는 고화소치를 가지는 화소로부터 단계적으로 비트 정도를 감소시키는 처리를 실행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 신호 처리장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는 고화소치를 가지는 화소로부터 단계적으로 비트 정도를 감소시키는 처리를 실행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 신호 처리장치.
- 화상 데이터상에 압축 처리를 실행하며,입력 화상 데이터를 복수의 비트 정도 부분으로 분할하고, 분할된 부분마다 소정의 압축 방식을 적용함으로써 압축 처리를 실행하는 신호 처리부를 포함하며,상기 신호 처리부는, 화상 데이터를 상위측 비트와 하위측 비트로 분할하고, 분할된 상위측 비트를 무손실 압축 방식에 기초하여 무손실 압축을 실행하도록 구성된 화상 신호 처리장치에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는, 복수의 감소안으로 부호량의 시산을 행한 다음에, 목표를 달성하기 위해 하나를 채용하고, 상기 감소안에 따라 실제의 부호화를 실행하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 신호 처리장치.
- 제 12항에 있어서,상기 신호 처리부는 모든 감소안의 결과가 좋지 않은 경우는, 상기 상위 데이터를 있는 그대로 저장하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 신호 처리장치.
