Abstract
상기 본 발명의 수지 조성물은 단량체인 아미노 알코올을 수지 조성물에 포함함으로써, 비교적 낮은 점도에서도 우수한 기계적 강도를 지니도록 하여, 몰드캐스팅 공법에 의한 신발갑피 등의 제조에 있어서 우수한 작업성을 나타내는 효과가 있다.

Claims (7)
- 주제부와 경화제부로 이루어지는 2액형 수지 조성물에 있어서,
상기 주제부는 폴리올 60~70 중량%, 아미노 알코올 25~35 중량%, 가교제 3~8 중량%, 안료 1~5 중량% 및 첨가제 1~5 중량%로 구성되고,
상기 경화제부는 헥사 메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 (Hexamethylene Diisocyanate, HDI), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트 트라이머(HDT), 이소포론 디이소시아네이트 (Isophorone Diisocyanate, IPDI), 시클로헥실메탄 디이소시아네이트(Cyclohexylmethane diisocyanate, H12MDI), 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트(Methylene Diphenyl Diisocyanate, MDI), 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트(Toluene Diisocyanate, TDI) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여, 수산기를 가지는 폴리올, 폴리아민 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 혼합물 180~250 중량부를 혼합하여 이루어지며,
상기 주제부와 경화제부가 1:1의 부피비로 혼합되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업성이 우수한 신발갑피용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주제부 중 아미노 알코올은 메타놀아민, 에탄올아민, 프로판올아민, 이소프로판올아민, 부탄올아민, 이소부탄올아민, sec-부탄올아민, t-부탄올아민, 펜타놀아민, 2-아미노-1-페닐에탄올, 디메탄올아민, 디에탄올아민, 디이소프로판올아민, 디이소부탄올아민, 디-sec-부탄올아민, 디부탄올아민, 디펜타놀아민, N-메틸에탄올아민으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업성이 우수한 신발갑피용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 주제부 중 가교제는 디에틸톨루엔 디아민 및 폴리에테르 아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업성이 우수한 신발갑피용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 경화제부 중 폴리올은 폴리에틸렌 글리콜, 폴리프로필렌 글리콜, 폴리부틸렌 글리콜 및 폴리이소프렌 글리콜로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 혼합물이고,
상기 경화제부 중 폴리아민은 폴리옥시프로필렌 디아민 또는 폴리옥시프로필렌 트리아민으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는, 작업성이 우수한 신발갑피용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 한에 따른 신발갑피용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 신발갑피.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 폴리우레탄 신발갑피는,
상기 신발갑피용 폴리우레탄 수지 조성물을 신발제작용 주형몰드에 pouring하는 단계; 상기 신발제작용 주형몰드에 pouring된 상기 수지 조성물을 경화하는 단계; 및 상기 신발제작용 주형몰드에서 폴리우레탄 신발갑피를 탈형하는 단계;를 포함하는 몰드캐스팅 공법에 의하여 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 신발갑피.
- 제5항에 따른 폴리우레탄 신발갑피를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신발.
