Abstract
Description
Claims (29)
- 주 전면과 주 배면을 갖는 기판을 포함하는 안과용 렌즈로서,
상기 주 배면은 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 적어도 하나의 층과 1.5 보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 적어도 하나의 층의 적층을 포함하는 다층 반사방지 코팅으로 코팅되고,
- 가시 영역에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 Rm이 1.15% 이하이고,
- 가시 영역에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 광 반사율 Rv가 1% 이하이며,
- ISO 13666:1998 표준에 규정된 함수 W(λ)에 의해 가중치가 적용된, 280 nm 내지 380 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 RUV는 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 5% 보다 낮고,
- 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 3개 이상의 층들을 포함하며,
- 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 15 nm 이상의 두께를 갖는 산화 인듐계의 임의의 층을 포함하지 않고,
- 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅의 외곽 층은 실리카-계 층인 것이고,
(a) 280 nm 내지 295 nm 범위 중 적어도 하나의 파장에서 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 5% 보다 높거나, 또는
(b) 280 nm 내지 290 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 70%에 걸쳐 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 15°의 입사각에 대하여 10% 보다 높은, 안과용 렌즈. - 제1항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 295 nm 범위 중 적어도 하나의 파장에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 6% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제2항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 295 nm 범위 중 적어도 하나의 파장에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 10% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 4개 이상의 층을 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은, 기판으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로, 8 nm 내지 25 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 10 내지 35 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.5 보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 75 내지 105 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 및 70 내지 95 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.5 보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 층을 포함하거나, 또는
상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은, 기판으로부터 멀어지는 방향으로, 20 nm 내지 65 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 10 내지 30 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.5 보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 5 내지 75 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 20 내지 75 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 층, 및 60 내지 85 nm의 두께를 갖고 1.5 보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 층을 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 295 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 20%에 걸쳐 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 5% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제6항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 295 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 20%에 걸쳐 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 6% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제7항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 295 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 20%에 걸쳐 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 8% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 295 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 70%에 걸쳐 15°의 입사각에 대하여 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 10% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 290 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 70%에 걸쳐 15°의 입사각에 대하여 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 10% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 280 nm 내지 290 nm 파장 범위의 적어도 70%에 걸쳐 15°의 입사각에 대하여 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 스펙트럼 반사율은 15% 보다 높은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 1.6 보다 높은 굴절률을 갖는 두 개 이상의 층 및 1.5 보다 낮은 굴절률을 갖는 두 개 이상의 층을 포함하는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 SiO2계 층을 포함하는 서브층 위에 퇴적되는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 SiO2계 층은 80 중량% 이상의 실리카를 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 SiO2계 층은 100 내지 300 nm의 두께를 갖는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 서브층은 내마모 코팅 위에 퇴적되는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 내마모 코팅은 알콕시실란 및 그것의 가수분해물 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 조성물에서 제조되는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 적어도 하나의 전기 전도성 층을 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 290 nm 내지 330 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 Rm-UV1은 15°의 입사각에 대하여 15% 보다 낮은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 300 nm 내지 320 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 Rm-UV2은 15°의 입사각, 30°의 입사각, 45°의 입사각, 15° 및 30°의 입사각, 15° 및 45°의 입사각, 30° 및 45°의 입사각 또는 15°, 30° 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 4% 보다 낮은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 300 nm 내지 380 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 Rm-UV3은 15°의 입사각에 대하여 5% 보다 낮은 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가시 영역에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 Rm은 1% 이하인 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가시 영역에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 광 반사율 Rv은 0.90% 이하인 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ISO 13666:1998 표준에서 규정된 함수 W(λ)에 의해 가중치가 적용된, 280 nm 내지 380 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 RUV는 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 4.5% 이하인 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제24항에 있어서, ISO 13666:1998 표준에서 규정된 함수 W(λ)에 의해 가중치가 적용된, 280 nm 내지 380 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 RUV는 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 4% 이하인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 임의의 MgF2 층을 포함하지 않는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 다층 반사방지 코팅은 7개 이하의 층을 포함하는, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 서브층은 2 내지 10 ㎛의 두께를 갖는 내마모 코팅 위에 퇴적되는 것인, 안과용 렌즈.
- 제25항에 있어서, ISO 13666:1998 표준에서 규정된 함수 W(λ)에 의해 가중치가 적용된, 280 nm 내지 380 nm에서 상기 주 배면 상의 평균 반사율 RUV는 30°의 입사각 및 45°의 입사각에 대하여 3.5% 이하인, 안과용 렌즈.
