Claims (5)
- 모노머 성분으로서 쿠마론 및 인덴을 합계량으로 50 중량% 이상을 포함하고, 상온에서 고형인 쿠마론·인덴 수지를 계면활성제의 존재하에서 습식 분쇄·분산법으로 분산시키는 공정을 포함하는 쿠마론·인덴 수지의 수분산체 조성물의 제조방법으로,
상기 계면활성제로서 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 계면활성제 (a)와 하기 화학식 2로 표시되는 계면활성제 (b)를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는, 쿠마론·인덴 수지의 수분산체 조성물의 제조방법.

(단, 상기 화학식 1에서 R1은 탄소수 8~22의 알킬기, 탄소수 8~22의 알케닐기, 및 하기 화학식 3 내지 화학식 5 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 방향족 유도체 잔기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 나타내고, A1O는 탄소수 2~4의 옥시알킬렌기를 나타내며, p는 알킬렌옥사이드의 평균부가몰수이고 0~30의 수를 나타내며, X는 하기 화학식 6 내지 화학식 8 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 음이온성기를 나타내고, 화학식 6 내지 화학식 8에서의 M은 수소원자, 알칼리 금속원자, 암모늄, 또는 알칸올아민류 중 어느 하나를 나타내며,
상기 화학식 2에서, R2는 탄소수 8~15의 알킬기, 탄소수 8~15의 알케닐기, 및 하기 화학식 3 내지 화학식 5 중 어느 하나로 표시되는 방향족 유도체 잔기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 나타내고, A2O는 탄소수 2~4의 옥시알킬렌기를 나타내고, q는 0~200의 수를 나타냄)

(단, 화학식 9에서 R3, R4, R5 및 R6 중 1 또는 2개의 기는 탄소수 10~20의 장쇄 알킬기를 나타내고, 그 잔여는 탄소수 1~3의 알킬기, 히드록시알킬기, 또는 벤질기를 나타내며, Y는 할로겐 원자를 나타냄) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 계면활성제로서 하기 화학식 10으로 표시되는 계면활성제 (c)를 추가로 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는, 쿠마론·인덴 수지의 수분산체 조성물의 제조방법.

(단, 화학식 10에서 R7은 탄소수 10~15의 1급 또는 2급의 알킬기, 탄소수 10~15의 1급 또는 2급의 알케닐기, 탄소수가 10~18인 1급 또는 2급의 히드록시알킬기, 알킬벤젠 잔기, 디알킬 숙신산 에스테르 잔기로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 나타내고, M은 수소원자, 알칼리 금속원자, 암모늄, 또는 알칸올아민류를 나타냄) - 삭제
