Claims (14)
- 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10')이며,
- 강화 유리로 제조되고, 외부면(I) 및 내부면(II)을 갖는 적어도 하나의 제1 창유리(1),
- 상기 제1 창유리(1)의 내부면(II) 상에 배열된 적어도 하나의 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3),
- 상기 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3)에 유도 결합된 유도성 센서(21)를 갖는 센서 유닛(20)으로서, 상기 센서 유닛(20)은 비교값으로부터 상기 유도성 센서(21)의 측정 신호의 편차의 경우에 경보 신호를 출력하는, 센서 유닛(20)을 포함하고,
상기 유도성 센서(21)는 하나의 측정 코일(21.1)만을 포함하거나, 또는 페라이트 코어(21.2)를 갖는 측정 코일(21.1)을 포함하며,
상기 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3)은, 상기 제1 창유리(1)의 파괴의 경우에, 상기 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3)이 손상되도록, 상기 제1 창유리(1)에 결합되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10'). - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 센서(21)의 능동면(21.3)과 상기 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3) 사이의 거리(d)는 0.1 mm 내지 20 mm, 0.2 mm 내지 10 mm, 또는 0.5 mm 내지 5 mm인, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 창유리(1)는, 상기 제1 창유리(1)의 파괴의 경우에, 파편은 상기 유도성 센서(21)의 검출 구역(25)보다 작게 되도록, 강화되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 센서 유닛(20)은 송신기 유닛, 무선 송신기 유닛, 또는 적외선 송신기를 갖는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 센서 유닛(20)은 에너지 공급부, 배터리, 축전기, 슈퍼캐패시터, 열전 발전기, 또는 태양 전지를 포함하는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 창유리(1)는 적어도 하나의 스페이서(2), 또는 상기 창유리(1)의 에지를 완전히 둘러싸는 원주방향 스페이서(2)를 거쳐 적어도 하나의 제2 창유리(6)에 연결되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 센서 유닛(20)은 상기 제1 창유리(1)와 상기 제2 창유리(6) 사이의 중간 공간에 배열되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1 창유리(1)는 (i) 플랫 글래스, 플로트 글래스, 석영 글래스, 보로실리케이트 글래스, 또는 소다 라임 글래스를 포함하거나, (ii) 6 내지 8의 유효 상대 유전율(εeff)을 갖거나, 또는 (i) 및 (ii) 모두를 만족하는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3)은
(i) 적어도 하나의 금속, 실버, 니켈, 크롬, 니오브, 주석, 티타늄, 구리, 팔라듐, 아연, 금, 카드뮴, 알루미늄, 실리콘, 텅스텐, 또는 이들의 합금;
적어도 하나의 금속 산화물층, 주석-도핑된 인듐 산화물(ITO), 알루미늄-도핑된 아연 산화물(AZO), 불소-도핑된 주석 산화물(FTO, SnO2:F), 또는 안티몬-도핑된 주석 산화물(ATO, SnO2:Sb);
탄소 나노튜브;
광학적으로 투명한 전기 도전성 폴리머, 폴리(3,4-에틸렌 디옥시티오펜), 폴리스티렌 설포네이트, 폴리(4,4-디옥틸-사일로펜타디티오펜), 2,3-디클로로-5,6-디시아노-1,4-벤조퀴논, 또는 이들의 혼합물 또는 코폴리머; 또는
이들의 조합을 포함하거나;
(ii) 0.35 ohm/square 내지 200 ohm/square, 또는 0.6 ohm/square 내지 30 ohm/square의 시트 저항을 갖거나,
또는 (i) 및 (ii) 모두를 만족하는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10'). - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 투명한 전기 도전성 코팅(3)은 상기 제1 창유리의 내부면(II)의 면적의 적어도 50%, 적어도 70%, 80% 내지 100%, 또는 95% 내지 100% 상에 배열되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 센서(21)는 개별 구성요소로서 구현되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 측정 신호의 측정은 연속적으로 또는 주기적으로 행해지고, 상기 센서 유닛(20)으로부터 출력 신호로서 출력되는, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
디스플레이 케이스, 또는 쇼케이스의 글레이징으로서;
건축용 글레이징, 절연 글레이징, 이중 절연 글레이징, 삼중 절연 글레이징, 내화 글레이징, 또는 안전 글레이징으로서; 또는
자동차, 버스, 기차, 또는 항공기와 같은, 육상, 해상, 또는 공중 차량의 글레이징으로서 사용되는 것인, 경보 창유리 장치(10, 10').
