Claims (7)
- 측정 대상인 모노클로날 항체를 세공 내에 고정화한 다공질체와, 프로테아제를 고정화한 나노 입자를 액체 중에서 접촉시켜서 모노클로날 항체의 선택적 프로테아제 소화를 행하고, 얻어진 펩티드 단편을 액체 크로마토그래프 질량 분석(LC-MS)에 의해 검출하는 방법이며, 상기 다공질체의 평균 세공 직경이 10nm 내지 200nm의 범위이며, 나노 입자의 평균 입경이 50nm 내지 500nm의 범위이며, 나노 입자의 평균 입경이 다공질체의 평균 세공 직경보다도 크고, 검출 대상인 펩티드 단편이 상기 모노클로날 항체의 중쇄 또는 경쇄의 CDR2 영역 유래의 아미노산을 포함하는 아미노산 서열을 갖고,
상기 모노클로날 항체가 트라스투주맙 또는 트라스투주맙-DM1이며, 검출 대상이 서열 번호 1(IYPTNGYTR), 3(FTISADTSK), 6(GLEWVAR) 및 7(NTAYLQMNSLR) 중 적어도 하나로 나타내는 아미노산 서열을 갖는 펩티드이고,
상기 검출 대상이 하기 조건 중 하나를 사용하여 다중 반응 모니터링에 의해 검출하는, 방법.

상기 검출 대상이 하기 조건 중 하나를 사용하여 다중 반응 모니터링에 의해 검출하는, 방법.
