Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- (i) 알루미늄 함유량이 36질량%에서부터 43 질량%의 범위에 있으며, 또한,
(ii) 메틸기의 총몰수에 대한 트리메틸 알루미늄 부위에서 유래하는 메틸기의 몰분율이 11몰% 이하이며, 또한,
(iii) 입자상이며, 체적 기준의 메디안직경이 0.1㎛∼5㎛ 미만의 범위인 전이 금속 화합물을 담지하여 올레핀류의 슬러리 중합에 사용되는 고체상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
25℃에 있어서의 n-헥산에 대한 용해도가 0∼2몰%이며, 또한 25℃에 있어서의 톨루엔에 대한 용해도가 0∼2몰%인 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
하기 식으로 나타내는 균일성이 0.45 이하인 조성물.
균일성 = ΣXi|d(0.5)- Di|/d(0.5)ΣXi
(여기서, Xi는 입도 분포의 히스토그램에 있어서의 고체상 알루미녹산 조성물의 입자 i의 체적 백분율, d(0.5)는 상기 히스토그램에 있어서의 체적 기준의 메디안직경, Di는 상기 히스토그램에 있어서의 입자 i의 체적 기준직경을 나타낸다.) - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
비표면적은 10∼25㎡/mmol-Al의 범위인 조성물. - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
이하의 일반식 (I)로 나타내는 단위를 포함한 폴리메틸알루미녹산과 트리메틸 알루미늄을 함유하는, 조성물.
-[(Me) AlO]n- (I)
(식 중, n은 10∼50의 정수를 나타낸다.) - 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서,
SiO2를 함유하지 않는 조성물. - (a) 하기 일반식 (II)로 나타내는 단위를 포함한 폴리메틸알루미녹산과 트리메틸 알루미늄을 함유하는 방향족계 탄화수소 용액 (이하, 용액상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물이라고 칭함)을 가열하고, 폴리메틸알루미녹산과 트리메틸 알루미늄을 함유하는 고체상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물을 석출시키는 공정을 포함하며, 공정 (a)에 앞서 상기 용액상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물에 건조 불활성 가스를 버블링하는, 및/또는 공정(a)의 적어도 일부의 기간 중에 상기 용액상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물에 건조 불활성 가스를 버블링하는,
(i) 알루미늄 함유량이 36 질량% 내지 43 질량%의 범위에 있고,
(ii) 메틸기의 총 몰수에 대한 트리메틸알루미늄 부위에서 유래하는 메틸기의 몰분율이 11 몰% 이하이며, 또한
(iii) 입자상이며, 체적 기준의 메디안 직경이 0.1 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛ 미만의 범위인 전이금속 화합물을 담지하여 올레핀류의 슬러리 중합에 사용되는 고체상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물의 제조 방법.
-[(Me) AlO]n- (II)
(식 중, n은 1∼50의 정수를 나타낸다.) - 청구항 7에 있어서,
상기 가열전의 용액상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물은, 메틸기의 총몰수에 대한 트리메틸 알루미늄 부위에서 유래하는 메틸기의 몰분율이 15몰% 이하인, 제조 방법. - 청구항 7 또는 8에 있어서,
공정 (a)에서,
(i) 80℃∼200℃의 범위의 가열 온도, 및
(ii) 5분 이상 24시간 미만의 가열 시간으로부터,
적합한 가열 온도 및 가열 시간을 선택하여 고체상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물을 석출시키는 제조 방법. - 청구항 7 또는 8에 있어서,
공정(a)에서 원료로서 이용하는 용액상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물이, 알루미늄-산소-탄소 결합을 갖는 알킬 알루미늄 화합물을 열분해함로써 얻어지는 것인, 제조 방법. - 청구항 10에 있어서,
상기 알루미늄-산소-탄소 결합을 갖는 알킬 알루미늄 화합물은, 트리메틸 알루미늄과 산소 함유 유기 화합물과의 반응에 의해 제조되는 것인, 제조 방법. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 산소 함유 유기 화합물은 일반식 (III)에서 나타내는 지방족 또는 방향족 카르본산인, 제조 방법.
R1-(COOH) n (III)
(식 중, R1은, C1∼C20의 직쇄 또는 분기 알킬기, 알케닐기, 아릴기로 이루어진군에서부터 선택된 탄화수소기를 나타내며, n은 1∼5의 정수를 나타낸다.) - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 트리메틸 알루미늄과 산소 함유 유기 화합물과의 반응은, 트리메틸 알루미늄에 포함되는 알루미늄 원자와 산소 함유 화합물 중의 산소 원자의 몰비가, 1.15∼1.4:1의 범위가 되도록 실시하는, 제조 방법. - (i) 알루미늄 함유량이 36 질량% 내지 43 중량%의 범위에 있고,
(ii) 메틸기의 총 몰수에 대한 트리메틸알루미늄 부위에서 유래하는 메틸기의 몰분율이 11 몰% 이하이며, 또한
(iii) 입자상이며, 체적 기준의 메디안 직경이 0.1 ㎛ 내지 5 ㎛ 미만의 범위인 고체상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물과 하기 일반식 (IV)로 나타내는 전이 금속 화합물을 촉매 성분으로서 함유하는 올레핀류의 슬러리 중합용이며, 상기 고체상 폴리메틸알루미녹산 조성물에 상기 전이 금속 화합물이 담지되어 있는, 상기 촉매.

(식 중, M은 전이 금속 원소를 나타내고, 또한 R5, R6, R7, R8은, 공동으로 1개 또는 2개의 시클로알카디에닐 골격을 갖는 유기기를 나타내거나, 또는 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼20의 탄화수소기, 알콕시기, 아릴록시기, 알킬실릴기, 알킬아미드기, 알킬이미드기, 알킬아미노기, 알킬이미노기, 수소 원자 및 할로겐 원자로 이루어진군에서부터 선택된 유기기 또는 원자를 나타냄.) - 청구항 14에 기재된 촉매를 이용하여 올레핀류를 슬러리 중합하는 것을 포함한, 폴리올레핀류의 제조 방법.
