Claims (9)
- 모터의 토크를 제어하는 토크 제어 방법에 있어서,
센서를 사용하여, 드라이버로부터의 속도 제어의 요구를 검출하고,
상기 요구에 기초하여 요구 토크를 연산하고,
상기 요구 토크에 기초하여 상기 모터에서 발생하는 토크를 제어하고,
상기 요구 토크가 소정의 토크 임계값보다 작은 경우에, 상기 요구 토크를 제로로 설정하고, 설정된 요구 토크에 기초하여 상기 모터를 제어하는 타성 주행 제어를 실행하고,
상기 모터의 회전수가 제1 회전수 임계값보다 큰 경우의 상기 소정의 토크 임계값은, 상기 모터의 회전수가 상기 제1 회전수 임계값보다 작은 경우의 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 큰, 토크 제어 방법. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 소정의 토크 임계값은, 일정한 차속을 유지하기 위해서 필요한 토크보다 낮은, 토크 제어 방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 소정의 토크 임계값은, 회생측에서 일정값으로 설정되어 있는, 토크 제어 방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 모터의 회전수가 제2 회전수 임계값보다 큰 경우에, 상기 타성 주행 제어를 실행하고,
상기 모터의 회전수가 상기 제2 회전수 임계값보다 작은 경우에, 상기 타성 주행 제어를 실행하지 않는, 토크 제어 방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 요구 토크가 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 작은 상태로부터 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 큰 상태로 변화한 경우의 토크 변화율, 또는 상기 요구 토크가 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 큰 상태로부터 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 작은 상태로 변화한 경우의 토크 변화율을, 상기 요구 토크의 크기에 따라서 설정하는, 토크 제어 방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 요구 토크가 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 작은 상태가 일정 시간 이상 계속된 경우에, 상기 타성 주행 제어를 실행하는, 토크 제어 방법. - 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,
상기 모터를 구비한 차량의 주행 모드를, 복수의 주행 모드 중에서 선택하고,
복수의 상기 토크 임계값 중에서 선택된 주행 모드에 따라서 상기 토크 임계값을 선택하고,
상기 요구 토크가 선택된 상기 토크 임계값보다 작은 경우에, 상기 타성 주행 제어를 실행하는, 토크 제어 방법. - 액셀러레이터 개방도를 검출하는 액셀러레이터 개방도 센서와,
모터의 회전수를 검출하는 회전수 센서와,
상기 모터의 토크, 상기 회전수, 및 상기 액셀러레이터 개방도의 상대 관계를 나타내는 맵을 기억하는 메모리와,
상기 모터를 제어하는 컨트롤러를 구비하고,
상기 컨트롤러는,
상기 맵을 참조하면서, 상기 액셀러레이터 개방도와 상기 회전수에 대응하는 상기 토크를, 드라이버로부터의 요구 토크로서 연산하고,
상기 요구 토크가 소정의 토크 임계값보다 큰 경우에는, 상기 모터에서 발생하는 발생 토크가 상기 요구 토크와 일치하도록 상기 모터를 제어하고,
상기 요구 토크가 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 작은 경우에는, 상기 요구 토크를 제로로 설정하고, 상기 발생 토크가 제로가 되도록 상기 모터를 제어하고,
상기 모터의 회전수가 제1 회전수 임계값보다 큰 경우의 상기 소정의 토크 임계값은, 상기 모터의 회전수가 상기 제1 회전수 임계값보다 작은 경우의 상기 소정의 토크 임계값보다 큰, 토크 제어 장치.
