Claims (5)
- 여과할 액(Q1)이 공급되는 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11)와,
상기 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11)에 배치되고, 상기 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11)의 바닥부(11a)로부터 제1 슬러지 스크래핑부(13)를 거쳐 제1 슬러지 배출부(14)에 이르는 범위에 배치된 제1 컨베이어(20)와,
상기 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11)의 액 내에 배치되고, 상기 제1 컨베이어(20)의 체인(21,22)에 의해 회전하며, 상기 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11) 내의 액(Q1)을 여과하기 위한 일차 유통공(35)을 포함하는 일차 드럼 필터(30)와,
상기 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11)에 인접하여 배치되고, 상기 일차 컨베이어 탱크(11)와의 사이에 형성된 제1 개구(41)를 통하여 상기 일차 드럼 필터(30)의 내부와 연통되며, 상기 일차 드럼 필터(30)에 의해 여과된 클린액(Q2)이 유입되는 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)와,
상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)에 배치되고, 상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)의 바닥부(40a)로부터 제2 슬러지 스크래핑부(43)를 거쳐 제2 슬러지 배출부(44)에 이르는 범위에 배치된 제2 컨베이어(50)와,
상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)의 클린액(Q2) 내에 배치되고 상기 제2 컨베이어(50)의 체인(51,52)에 의해 회전하며, 상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40) 내의 클린액(Q2)을 추가로 여과하기 위한 이차 유통공(65)을 포함하는 이차 드럼 필터(60)와,
상기 제1 컨베이어(20)와 상기 제2 컨베이어(50)를 구동하는 구동부(70)와,
상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)와 연통되며 상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40) 내의 상기 클린액(Q2)이 유입되는 제1 클린 탱크(80)와,
상기 제1 클린 탱크(80) 내의 상기 클린액(Q2)을 제1 액 사용부(1a)에 공급하는 제1 펌프(85)와,
상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)에 인접하여 배치되고, 상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40)와의 사이에 형성된 제2 개구(91)를 통하여 상기 이차 드럼 필터(60)의 내부와 연통되고, 상기 이차 드럼 필터(60)에 의해 여과된 슈퍼 클린액(Q3)이 유입되는 제2 클린 탱크(90)와,
상기 제2 클린 탱크(90) 내의 상기 슈퍼 클린액(Q3)을 제2 액 사용부(1b)에 공급하는 제2 펌프(95)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제1 펌프(85)는 상기 클린액(Q2)을 저압측 공급계(2)로 공급하는 저압 펌프이며, 상기 제2 펌프(95)는 상기 제1 펌프(85)보다 높은 압력으로 상기 슈퍼 클린액(Q3)을 고압측 공급계(3)로 공급하는 고압 펌프인 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구동부(70)는, 하나의 축본체(73)와, 상기 축본체(73)에 설치된 상기 제1 컨베이어(20)를 구동하는 한쌍의 제1 구동 스프로켓(25,26)과, 상기 축본체(73)에 설치되어 상기 제2 컨베이어(50)를 구동하는 한쌍의 제2 구동 스프로켓(55,56)을 포함하는 구동축(72)과,
상기 구동축(72)의 일단에 배치되고, 상기 구동축(72)의 상기 일단으로부터 토크를 입력받음으로써 상기 제1 구동 스프로켓(25,26)과 상기 제2 구동 스프로켓(55,56)을 동시에 회전시키는 하나의 모터(71)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 드럼 필터(60)의 직경은 상기 일차 드럼 필터(30)의 직경보다 작고, 상기 이차 유통공(65)의 공경은 상기 일차 유통공(35)의 공경 보다도 작으며, 상기 이차 유통공(65)의 총 개구면적은 상기 일차 유통공(35)의 총 개구면적보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 이차 드럼 필터(60)의 상면은 상기 일차 드럼 필터(30)의 상면보다도 낮도록 상기 이차 드럼 필터(60)가 상기 이차 컨베이어 탱크(40) 내에 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 여과 장치.
