Abstract
Description
도 2은 본 발명의 바람직한 일구현예에 따른 이형층 일면에 리튬을 증착시킨 후, 베이스 필름에 백색광을 조사하여, 증착된 리튬에서 핀 홀이 발생하는 것을 관찰하는 것을 나타낸 모식도이다.
Claims (12)
- 베이스 필름; 및 상기 베이스 필름 일면에 형성된 이형층; 을 포함하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름으로서,
상기 이형층은 수지 조성물을 포함하고, 상기 수지 조성물은 전체 중량%에 대하여, 실리콘계 수지를 10 ~ 70 중량%로 포함하며,
상기 이형층 일면에 2 ~ 25㎛의 두께로 리튬을 증착시킨 후, 상기 베이스 필름에 백색광(white light)을 조사하면, 증착된 리튬에서 10cm x 10cm의 단위 면적당 핀 홀(pin hole)이 100개 이하로 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이형층은 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 촉매 0.1 ~ 5 중량부 및 밀착향상제 0.1 ~ 5 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이형층은 전체 중량%에 대하여, 규소(Si)를 2 ~ 5 중량%로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이형층의 표면장력은 25 ~ 30 dyne이고,
상기 이형층의 이형력은 33 ~ 44 gf/inch이며,
상기 이형층의 수접촉각은 95 ~ 105°인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 베이스 필름은 PET(Polyethylene terephthalate), PP(Polypropylene), PBT(Polybutyleneterephthalate), PEN(Polyethylene naphthalate), PI(Polyimide) 및 PE(Polyethylene) 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은 실리콘계 수지 및 비실리콘계 수지를 포함하고,
상기 실리콘계 수지는 부가반응형 실리콘계 수지, 축합반응형 실리콘계 수지 및 UV반응형 실리콘계 수지 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하고,
상기 비실리콘계 수지는 셀룰로스(cellulose) 수지, 아크릴레이트계 수지, 멜라민계 수지 및 알키드계 수지 중에서 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이형층 일면에 2 ~ 8㎛의 두께로 리튬을 증착시킨 후, 상기 베이스 필름에 백색광(white light)을 조사하면, 증착된 리튬에서 10cm x 10cm의 단위 면적당 핀 홀(pin hole)이 100개 이하로 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름.
- 베이스 필름을 준비하는 제1단계; 및
상기 베이스 필름 일면에 이형층 형성용 조성물을 도포한 후, 경화시켜 이형층을 형성하는 제2단계; 를 포함하고,
상기 이형층 형성용 조성물은 수지 조성물, 촉매, 밀착향상제 및 용제가 혼합된 것이고, 상기 수지 조성물은 전체 중량%에 대하여, 실리콘계 수지가 10 ~ 70 중량%로 혼합된 것이며,
상기 이형층 일면에 2 ~ 25㎛의 두께로 리튬을 증착시킨 후, 상기 베이스 필름에 백색광(white light)을 조사하면, 증착된 리튬에서 10cm x 10cm의 단위 면적당 핀 홀(pin hole)이 100개 이하로 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 이형층 형성용 조성물은 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 촉매 0.1 ~ 5 중량부, 밀착향상제 0.1 ~ 5 중량부 및 용제 800 ~ 1000 중량부로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서,
상기 경화는 100 ~ 140℃의 온도에서 10 ~ 40초 동안 수행하는 것은 특징으로 하는 리튬 전사용 이형필름의 제조방법.
