Claims (7)
- 일반식 M1 aM2 bM3 cAl3N4-dOd(단, M1은 Sr, Mg, Ca 및 Ba로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, M2는 Li, Na 및 K로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이고, M3은 Eu, Ce 및 Mn으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 원소이다)로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 소성물을 포함하고, 상기 a, b, c 및 d가 다음의 각 식을 충족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체.

0.850≤b≤1.150
0.001≤c≤0.010
0.10<d≤0.20
0.10≤d/(a+d)≤0.16 - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 M1은 적어도 Sr을 포함하고, 상기 M2는 적어도 Li를 포함하고, 상기 M3은 적어도 Eu를 포함하는 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파장 300nm의 광조사에 대한 확산 반사율이 56% 이상이고, 형광 스펙트럼의 피크 파장에 있어서의 확산 반사율이 90% 이상인 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파장 455nm의 청색광으로 여기한 경우, 피크 파장이 640nm 이상 670nm 이하의 범위에 있고, 반값폭이 45nm 이상 60nm 이하인 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 파장 455nm의 청색광으로 여기한 경우, 발광색의 색 순도가 CIE-xy 색도도에 있어서 x값이 0.680≤x<0.735를 충족하는 형광체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 형광체의 제조 방법이며,
원료를 혼합하는 혼합 공정과,
상기 혼합 공정에 의해 얻은 혼합체를 소성하는 소성 공정과,
상기 소성 공정에 의해 얻은 소성물과 산성 용액을 혼합하는 산 처리 공정
을 포함하고,
상기 혼합 공정에 있어서, 상기 Al의 물질량을 3으로 했을 때의 상기 M1의 투입량이 1.10 이상 1.20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 형광체의 제조 방법. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 형광체와, 발광 소자를 갖는 발광 장치.
