Description
Claims (15)
- 관의 외부 표면 상의 액막과 상기 관의 내부를 통해서 유동하는 액체 사이의 열교환을 촉진시키기 위한 강하 경막형 열교환기 관에 있어서,상기 관의 내부 표면 상의 돌기에 형성되고 인접 리브들과의 사이에 적절한 거리를 갖고 나선형으로 연장되는 리브들과,상기 관의 외부 표면 상에 형성되고 인접 요면들과의 사이에 적절한 거리를 갖고 나선형으로 연장되는 요면들과,상기 관의 외부 표면 상에 형성되고 나선형으로 배치되며, 관의 내부 표면 상의 리브들과 정렬된 영역이 리브들 사이의 영역과 정렬된 영역보다 낮게 위치하는 방식으로 상부 표면 상에 형성된 리세스들을 갖는 다수의 독립된 돌기들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 관의 외부 표면 상의 요면들과 관의 내부 표면 상의 리브들이 서로 정렬된 위치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 돌기가 4각형 피라미드 형상으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 돌기의 높이가 0.20 내지 0.40 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 각각의 돌기는 바닥 표면의 면적에 대한 상부 표면의 면적의 비율인 면적비(A)가 0.25 ≤ A ≤ 0.40의 범위 내에 있는 면적비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관의 축과 직교하는 단면에서 보았을 때 개개의 돌기들의 상부 표면 상의 요면들의 피치(P)가 5.75 ≤ P ≤ 6.75 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관의 축방향에 대하여 리브에 의해 형성된 각(θ)이 40 °≤ θ ≤ 44 °의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 관의 축방향에서의 돌기들의 피치(PF)가 0.89 ≤ PF ≤ 1.12 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각각의 돌기의 에지가 관의 축방향으로 연장되고, 열교환기 관이 흡수 장치로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제9항에 있어서, 각각의 돌기는 바닥 표면의 면적에 대한 상부 표면의 면적의 비율인 면적비(A)가 0.25 ≤ A ≤ 0.40의 범위 내에 있는 면적비를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 관의 축과 직교하는 단면에서 보았을 때 개개의 돌기들의 상부 표면 상의 요면들의 피치(P)가 5.75 ≤ P ≤ 6.75 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 관의 축방향에 대하여 관의 외부 표면 상의 요면들에 의해 형성된 각(θ)이 30 °≤ θ ≤ 50 °의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 관의 축방향에서의 돌기들의 피치(PF)가 0.62 ≤ PF ≤ 1.33 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 관의 원주 방향에서의 돌기들의 피치(PR)가 0.50 ≤ PR ≤ 1.20 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
- 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 돌기들 사이에 개재된 공간의 단면적(AF2)에 대한 돌기들의 에지 부분의 연장부 면적(AF1)의 면적비인 면적비(AF)가 0.05 ≤ AF ≤ 0.65 ㎜의 범위 내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 강하 경막형 열교환기 관.
