Claims (6)
- 모터의 샤프트에 진동발생용 분동이 장착된 진동발생장치로서,상기 분동에, 단면이 거의 반원형이고 또한 그 반경방향의 중앙부의 일부가 개방된 샤프트 삽입관통구멍과, 상기 삽입관통구멍의 개방부분의 근방에 위치하는 코킹 고정용 오목부가 형성되고, 상기 샤프트가 상기 삽입관통구멍에 삽입관통된 상태에서 상기 오목부 또는 상기 오목부 보다 개방단측이 가압됨으로써 상기 샤프트가 삽입관통구멍내에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 샤프트를 감싸는 상기 삽입관통구멍의 내벽면의 각도가 180 도 보다 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 삽입관통구멍의 내벽면과 샤프트의 클리어런스가 1/100 이상 8/100 ㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동발생장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 오목부와 삽입관통구멍의 내벽면 사이의 두께가 샤프트의 지름에 대해 0.5 배 이상 1 배 미만으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동발생장치.
- 모터의 분동을 샤프트에 삽입관통시키는 공정과, 분동을 지지하는 공정과, 분동을 가압하여 샤프트에 고정하는 공정에 의한 진동발생장치에 대한 분동의 장착방법에 있어서,단면이 거의 반원형의 주상이고 또한 그 반경방향의 중앙부에 일부가 개방된 샤프트 삽입관통용 삽입관통구멍과, 상기 삽입관통구멍의 상기 개방부분의 근방에 오목부가 형성된 분동을 샤프트에 삽입관통시킨 후,상기 분동의 반경방향의 라인이 경사지도록 지지하고, 상기 오목부 또는 상기 오목부 보다 개방단측에 대해 가압부재를 사용하여 가압하고, 샤프트의 축심에 대해 안쪽으로 가압하여, 샤프트와 분동을 코킹 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진동발생장치에 대한 분동의 장착방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 가압의 중심방향이 샤프트의 축심방향과는 벗어난 방향인 것을 특징으로 하는 진동발생장치에 대한 분동의 장착방법.
