Claims (4)
- 주류 및 식음료를 전극 간격이 0.1 내지 1.0㎝인 고전압 펄스 전기장 장치의 회분식 또는 연속식 처리 용기에 넣고, 실온에서 또는 4 내지 95℃로 순간 승온하는 저온 열처리 단계를 병합하여 전기장 세기 1 내지 200㎸/㎝, 펄스폭 0.1㎲ 내지 1ms, 주파수 1㎐ 내지 5㎑의 고전압 펄스 전기장을 1 내지 50,000회 적용시키는 단계를 포함하는 주류 및 식음료의 비열살균방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전기 주류는 탁주 또는 약주인 것을 특징으로 하는주류 및 식음료의 비열살균방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,전기 식음료는 야채쥬스 또는 과일쥬스인 것임을 특징으로 하는주류 및 식음료의 비열살균방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,펄스는 익스포넨샬 웨이브 펄스(exponential wave pulse), 스퀘어 웨이브 펄스(square wave pulse), 삼각파(triangular wave pulse), 바이폴라 펄스(bipolar pulse) 또는 진동 펄스(oscillatory pulse)인 것을 특징으로 하는주류 및 식음료의 비열 살균방법.
