Claims (13)
- 하나 이상의 알콕시실란(alkoxysilane) 및 하나 이상의 할로실란(halosilane)을 함유하며 상기 분자는 각각 하나 이상의 말단(end)에 플루오르화 기를 가지는 소수성/소유성(oleophobic) 코팅 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 알콕시실란은 하기의 화학식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 플루오로화알킬알콕시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:여기서:· m = 0 내지 15;· n = 1 내지 5 ;· p = 0, 1 또는 2;· R은 알킬기; 및· R'는 알킬기 또는 수소 원자이다.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 할로실란은 하기의 화학식(Ⅱ)을 갖는 플루오르화알킬-할로실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:여기서:· m'는 0 내지 15;· n'는 1 내지 5;· p'는 0, 1 또는 2;· X는 할로겐 원자; 및· R"는 알킬기 또는 수소 원자이다.
- 제 2항 또는 제 3항에 있어서, p = p' = 0인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서,· m 및 m'는 서로 동일 또는 상이하며, 4 내지 10 사이이고;· n 및 n'는 서로 동일 또는 상이하며, 1 내지 3 사이이고;· R은 메틸기, 에틸기 또는 프로필기이고; 및· X는 염소 원자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 5항에 있어서,· m = m' = 7;· n = n' = 2;· R은 메틸기 또는 에틸기인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 할로실란에 대한 상기 알콕시실란의 몰비가 80:20 내지 20:80, 바람직하게는 60:40 내지 40:60인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항에 있어서, 플루오르화 유기 용매 내에서 용액을 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물로부터 기판 상에 소수성/소유성 코팅을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,· 기판 클리닝 단계;· 바람직하게는, 프라이머(primer), 예를 들면 트리- 또는 테트라알콕시실란 또는 트리- 또는 테트라할로실란과 같은 가수분해될 수 있는 4개의 작용기를 갖는 실란에 기초한 프라이머를 도포하는 단계;· 상기 조성물을 도포하는 단계; 및· 선택적으로 상기 시스템을 열처리하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 형성 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 산화세륨(cerium oxide)이 상기 기판을 클리닝하는데 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 형성 방법.
- 제 1항에 의한 조성물을 담는 용기로 구성되고, 어떠한 촉매 또는 보조 처리제의 별도 첨가도 요하지 않는, 소수성/소유성 처리를 위해 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 장비.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물로부터 형성되는 소수성/소유성 코팅이 제공된 기판;
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중의 어느 한 항에 의한 조성물로부터 형성된 소수성/소유성 코팅이 하나 이상의 유리 또는 플라스틱의 외면(outer face)에 최소한 부분적으로라도 제공된, 단일(monolithic), 합판(laminated) 또는 복합(multiple) 창유리.
