Claims (9)
- (A) 실리카 하이드로겔의 형성을 용이하게하기위해서 10 내지 250℃의 범위의 온도에서 ml당 0.02 내지 0.5g의 SiO2를 함유하는 실리카 하이드로졸의 pH를 염기를 이용하여 pH 3 내지 7의 범위로 조절하는 단계; 및(B) 실리카 하이드로겔을 (1) 촉매량의 강산 및 (2) 하기 화학식 1의 유기실란 및 하기 화학식 2의 유기실록산으로부터 선택된 유기규소 화합물과 혼합시켜 건조 상태에서 측정하였을 때 100 내지 850㎡/g의 범위의 표면적을 갖는 소수성 실리카 하이드로겔을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 소수성 실리카 겔의 제조 방법:화학식 1R2 aHbSiX4-a-b화학식 2R2 nSiO(4-n)/2상기 식에서,R2는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 12의 탄화수소 라디칼 및 탄소수 1 내지 12의 유기작용성 탄화수소 라디칼로부터 선택되고,X는 각각 독립적으로 할로겐 및 탄소수 1 내지 12의 알콕시 라디칼로부터 선택되고,a는 0, 1, 2 또는 3이고,b는 0 또는 1이고,a+b는 1, 2 또는 3이고,단, b가 1이면, a+b는 2 또는 3이고,n은 2 또는 3의 정수이다.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (A)의 실리카 하이드로겔을 단계 (B)를 수행하기전에 pH 3.5 내지 8의 범위이내의 pH 및 0 내지 250℃의 범위의 온도에서 10분 내지 76시간동안 노화시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (A)의 실리카 하이드로겔을 단계 (B)를 수행하기전에 전단시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,단계 (B)의 혼합을 30 내지 150℃의 범위의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기규소 화합물과 실리카 하이드로겔의 반응을 용이하게하도록 계면활성제의 존재하에서 단계 (B)의 혼합을 수행함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,유기규소 화합물과 실리카 하이드로겔의 반응을 용이하게하도록 수-혼화성 용매의 존재하에서 단계 (B)의 혼합을 수행함을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,세륨 또는 철의 수용성 화합물로부터 선택된 효과량의 열안정화제와 실리카 하이드로겔을 혼합시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,소수성 실리카 하이드로겔을 충분한 양의 수-불혼화성 유기 용매와 접촉시켜 소수성 실리카 하이드로겔을 건조 상태에서 측정시 100 내지 850㎡/g의 범위이내의 표면적을 갖는 소수성 실리카 유기겔로 전환시키는 단계 (C)를 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항, 제 3 항 또는 제 7 항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 소수성 실리카 겔.
