Claims (10)
- 양이온성 지질; 및혈관형성 억제제를 포함하는 억제제/지질 복합체에 있어서, 복합체는 혈중에서 대응 정상 내피세포와 비교해서 혈관형성 내피세포에 대한 보다 큰 친화성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 억제제/지질 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 검출가능한 라벨을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 양이온성 지질;및 혈관형성에 영향을 주는 뉴클레오디드 서열을 포함하는 뉴클레오티드/양이온성 지질 복합체에 있어서, 복합체는 혈중에서 대응 정상 내피세포와 비교해서 혈관형성 내피세포에 대한 보다 큰 친화성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 뉴클레오티드/양이온성 지질 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 뉴클레오티드 서열은 혈관형성 내피세포 내에서 선택적으로 활성화되며 FLT-1 유전자 프로모터, FLK-1 유전자 프로모터 및 폰 빌리브란트 인자(von Willibrand Factor) 유전자 프로모터로 이루어지는 군에서 임의로 선택된 프로모터에 작동가능하게 연결된 DNA서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 뉴클레오티드 서열은 혈관형성 내피세포 내에서 유전물질의 발현을 선택적으로 중단시키는 안티센스 서열인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합체.
- 포유동물에 혈중에서 대응 정상 내피세포와 비교해서 혈관형성 내피세포에 대한 보다 큰 친화성을 갖는, 양이온성 지질 및 검출가능한 라벨을 포함하는 복합체를 투여하는 단계;상기 복합체가 혈관형성 내피세포와 선택적으로 결합하도록 하는 단계; 및라벨을 검출하고 이에 의하여 라벨이 축적된 부위에 기초하여 혈관형성 부위를 결정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 혈관형성 부위의 진단방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 포유동물은 인간이고, 검출가능한 라벨은 형광 라벨, 조직화학적 라벨, 면역조직화학적 라벨, 및 방사능 라벨로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되고,상기 방법은 라벨이 축적된 부위의 조직을 단리하는 단계; 및단리된 조직을 분석하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서,포유동물을 외과적으로 절개해서 높은 농도의 혈관형성 내피세포를 함유하는 것으로 믿어지는 영역을 노출시키는 단계;검출가능한 라벨이 형광을 발하도록 하는 파장의 빛에 상기 영역을 노출시키는 단계;형광 라벨에 의해 동정된 조직을 제거하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 양이온성 지질과 혈관형성에 영향을 주는 물질을 포함하는 혈관형성 내피세포에 선택적으로 영향을 주는 조성물에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 혈중에서 대응 정상 내피세포와 비교해서 혈관형성 내피세포에 대한 보다 큰 친화성을 갖고;상기 조성물은 상기 조성물이 혈관형성 내피세포로 들어가는 방식으로 혈관혈성 혈관의 혈관형성 내피세포와 선택적으로 한동안 결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 포유동물의 순환계에 주사에 의한 투여용으로 제조되고, 또한 상기 조성물은 혈중에서 대응 정상 내피세포와 비교해서 혈관형성 내피세포에 대해서 5배 이상의 큰 친화성을 갖고, 상기 조성물은 5 몰%이상의 양이온성 지질로 이루어지고, 혈관형성에 영향을 주는 물질은 혈관형성의 억제제인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
