Claims (4)
- 고정층 쉘-앤-튜브 반응기(shell-and-tube reactor)를 사용하여 분자 산소 또는 분자 산소로 아크롤레인 또는 아크롤레인-함유 기체를 증기상 촉매 산화함에 의한 아크릴산의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 고정층 쉘-앤-튜브 반응기 내부의 각 반응 튜브에서 복수의 반응 영역을 제공하는 것, 축 방향에서 각각의 상기 튜브를 분리하는 것 및 각 반응기의 기체-입구 측면으로부터 기체-출구 측면으로 활성이 상승하는 방식으로 상이한 활성 수준의 복수의 촉매를 채우는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 촉매가 하기 화학식 1 로 표시되는 금속 원소 조성을 갖는 산화물 또는 착체 산화물인 방법:[화학식 1]MoaVbWcCudAeQfRgDhOi(상기 식에서, Mo 는 몰리브덴이고 ; V 는 바나듐이며 ; W 는 텅스텐이고 ; Cu 는 구리이고 ; A 는 지르코늄, 티타늄 및 세륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고 ; Q는 마그네슘, 칼슘, 스트론튬 및 바륨으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고 ; R 은 니오브, 안티몬, 주석, 텔루르, 인, 코발트, 니켈, 크롬, 망간, 아연 및 비스무스로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소 이며 ; D 는 알칼리 금속으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 원소이고 ; O 는 산소이고 ; a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h 및 i 는 Mo, V, W, Cu, A, Q, R, D 및 O 각각의 원자비를 표시하며, 여기서 a 는 12이고, 1 ≤b ≤14, 0 〈 c ≤12, 0 〈 d ≤6, 0 ≤e ≤10, 0 ≤f ≤3, 0 ≤g ≤10 및 0 ≤h ≤5 이고, i 는 원소 각각의 산화도에 의해 결정되는 수치이다).
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 1 의 D 군 원소(들)의 종류 및/또는 양을 변화시키면서 제조되며, 상이한 활성 수준을 갖는 복수 촉매를, 기체-입구 측면으로부터 기체-출구 측면으로 활성 수준이 증가하는 방식으로, 복수 반응 영역에 채우는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 항에 있어서, 반응 영역의 수가 2 또는 3 개인 방법.
