Description
Claims (6)
- 서로 대향하여 배치된 1 차측 코어와 2 차측 코어를 구비하고, 이들 코어 사이에서 비접촉으로 신호나 에너지를 전송하는 분리트랜스의 조립방법으로,상기 1 차측 코어가 설치되는 1 차측 유닛에 상기 1 차측 코어를 부착한 후, 상기 1 차측 전기배선을 실시하여 1 차측 서브모듈을 조립하는 공정과,상기 2 차측 코어가 설치되는 2 차측 유닛에 상기 2 차측 코어를 부착한 후, 상기 2 차측 전기배선을 실시하여 2 차측 서브모듈을 조립하는 공정과,상기 1 차측 코어와 상기 2 차측 코어를 대향시켜 상기 1 차측 서브모듈과 상기 2 차측 서브모듈을 서로 부착하는 공정을 구비한 것을 특징으로 한 분리트랜스의 조립방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분리트랜스는 고정부재에 부착된 고정자측 코어와 회전부재에 부착된 회전자측 코어를 구비한 회전트랜스를 구성하고,상기 1 차측 서브모듈과 상기 2 차측 서브모듈은 고정자측 서브모듈 및 회전자측 서브모듈로서 각각 별개로 조립되는 분리트랜스의 조립방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1 차측 코어는 고정부재에 부착된 고정자측 코어로 이루어지며, 상기 2 차측 코어는 상기 고정부재에 축지지된 회전축에 부착된 회전자측 코어로 이루어지고,상기 회전축은, 그 직경방향의 기준위치를 이루는 제 1 기준면과 축방향의 기준위치를 이루는 제 2 기준면을 갖는 가이드부재를 구비하고,상기 고정자측 코어 및 상기 회전자측 코어는, 상기 가이드 부재의 제 1 및 제 2 기준면을 각각 위치결정부로하여 상기 고정부재 및 상기 회전축에 각각 부착되는 분리트랜스의 조립방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 고정자측 코어는 상기 가이드 부재에 장착된 지그를 통해 상기 회전축에 대해 위치결정되어 상기 고정부재에 부착되는 분리트랜스의 조립방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 회전자측 코어는 상기 회전부재에 대해 상대 변위 가능하게 장착되어 상기 회전축에 임시 고정되며 상기 가이드 부재와 맞닿음으로써 상기 회전축에 대해 위치결정되어 상기 회전부재와 함께 상기 회전축에 고정되는 분리트랜스의 조립방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1 차측 코어는 고정부재에 부착된 고정자측 코어로 이루어지며, 상기 2 차측 코어는 상기 고정부재에 축지지된 회전축에 부착된 회전자측 코어로 이루어지고,상기 고정자측 코어 및 상기 회전자측 코어는 상기 회전축의 회전중심 및 그 부착위치를 각각 규정하고 있는 상기 고정부재측의 기준부위 또는 그 기준부위를 기준으로 미리 규정된 보조 기준부위를 기준으로 상기 고정부재 및 상기 회전축에 각각 부착되는 분리트랜스의 조립방법.
