Claims (2)
- 소결기(1)의 배풍관(8)주변과 원료베드(2)주위에 각각 설치되어 배풍온도 및 배풍압력과 생석회비 및 층후 데이터를 검출하는 배풍온도센서(22), 배풍압력센서(23), 생석회비센서(24) 및 층후센서(25); 상기 센서들의 아날로그 입력신호를 디지털 입력신호로 변환하는 I/O변환장치(21); 상기 I/O변환장치의 출력으로 모터의 속도제어 값을 산출하는 속도제어장치(20); 상기 모터 속도제어장치의 출력과 속도제어관련정보를 받아들여 연산 처리한 후 소결기(1)구동용 모터(7)에 제어신호를 출력하는 프로세스컴퓨터(10); 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결기의 속도제어장치.
- 조업자 변수를 이용한 소결기 속도제어에 있어서, 입출력변수가 많은 요소에 대해 용이한 제어규칙을 작성하기 위해 입력변수(배풍온도, 배풍압력, 생석회비, 층후 등)의 소속함수를 계산하는 단계; 상기 소속함수의 중첩도와 제어규칙을 이용 출력변수를 결정하는 단계; 상기 출력변수들의 값을 디지털화 하여 퍼지 규칙에 따라 모터제어속도 값을 산출하는 단계; 상기 단계에서 산출된 모터속도 제어 값을 속도제어관련정보에 적용하여 최적의 소결기 모터 제어신호를 출력하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결기의 속도제어방법.
