Claims (23)
- 극세섬유 또는 극세화용이 섬유를 표면에 배치한 편직물로 주로 이루어지고, 백화지수가 JIS규정의 변퇴색 그레이스케일에서 4급이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 백화지수가 JIS규정의 변퇴색 그레이스케일에서 4∼1급인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제2항에 있어서, 백화지수가 JIS규정의 변퇴색 그레이스케일에서 4∼1-2급인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 요철지수가 KES-FB4에서 3μ이상인 편직물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 요철지수가 KES-FB4에서 3∼20μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 요철지수가 KES-FB4에서 4∼15μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편직물이 보일, 마토우, 자카드, 코오듀로이, 마운전, 코르, 파일스티치에서 선택된 편직물인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 편직물이 태피터, 포플린, 생지 시이팅, 인터록에서 선택된 편직물인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 극세섬유 또는 극세화용이 섬유가 0.6데시텍스 이하의 극세섬유 또는 0.6데시텍스이하로 극세화 가능한 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 극세섬유 또는 극세화용이 섬유가 0.3데시텍스 이하의 극세섬유 또는 0.3데시텍스이하로 극세화 가능한 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 극세화용이 섬유가 다심구조섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다심구조섬유의 다심성분이 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트계 폴리머인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다심구조섬유의 개재성분이 -SO3M기(M은 수소원자, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속)를 1.5∼15몰% 함유하는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 개재성분이 -SO3M기(M은 수소원자, 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속)를 13∼12몰% 함유하는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 개재성분이 산으로 처리되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다심구조섬유가 단면에 있어서 개재성분이 방사형상으로 개재되고, 복수의 심성분이 쐐기형상으로 배치된 꽃잎형상 단면의 복합섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 다심구조섬유가 박리가능한 이종성분의 상호개재구조를 보유하는 다심구조섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 이종성분이 폴리아미드 및 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 있어서, 염색되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감.
- 제1항에 기재된 데님조옷감을 제조할 때에, 비빔 또는 마찰가공하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 비빔 또는 마찰가공이 스톤와시가공인 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 비빔 또는 마찰가공하는 공정과 착색하는 공정의 조합을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감의 제조방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 제14항에 기재된 데님조옷감을 제조할 때에, 비빔 또는 마찰가공하기 이전 단계에서, 처리액 pH가 1.5∼4, 온도 100∼140℃의 산성처리액으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 데님조옷감의 제조방법.
