Claims (10)
- 관능기를 함유한 변성 폴리프로필렌(A성분) 1.0∼30중량부와 상기 A성분의 관능기에 화학 반응을 통해 결합한 유기화 층상 점토광물(B성분) 1.0~20중량% 및 상기 A성분 및 B성분이 분산되어지는 폴리올레핀 수지 매트릭스(C성분) 50~98중량%를 포함하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 A성분의 변성 폴리프로필렌은 폴리프로필렌 단독 중합체, 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체, 또는 프로필렌/α-올레핀 비공역 디엔화합물 공중합체를 불포화카르복실산 또는 그 유도체에 의하여 변성시킨 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불포화카르복실산 또는 그 유도체는 무수말레산, 무수이타콘산, 무수디트라콘산, 수산, 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트, 카르복실산 에스테르, 카르복실산 에테르, 또는 티오카르복실산인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불포화카르복실산 또는 그 유도체는 무수말레산 또는 글리시딜 메타아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 불포화카르복실산 또는 그 유도체의 양은 폴리프로필렌에 대하여 0.10∼10중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, B성분인 유기화 층상 점토광물은 유기 오늄이온 화합물에 의해 유기화된 점토광물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 층상 점토광물은 몬트모릴로나이트, 헥토라이트, 사포나이트, 논트로나이트, 베이델라이트, 버미큘라이트, 또는 하로이사이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 유기 오늄이온 화합물은 암모늄염인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 C성분이 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리프로필렌-유기점토 복합체.
- 관능기를 함유한 변성 폴리프로필렌(A성분)과 유기화 층상 점토광물(B성분)을 불활성 용매를 사용하거나, 또는 전단력을 수반하여 용융 혼합한 후, 여기에 폴리올레핀 수지 매트릭스(C성분)를 전단력을 수반하여 용융 혼합하는 것을 특징으로하는 제1항의 폴리프로필렌-유기점 토 복합체의 제조방법.
