Claims (9)
- 연료가 펌프(12, 16)에 의해 저장실(17)로 공급되는 단계와, 저장실(17) 내에서 압력이 생성되는 단계와, 압력 센서(21)를 이용하여 압력의 실제값이 측정되는 단계와, 저장실(17) 내의 압력이 목표값으로 제어 내지 조절되는 단계와, 연료 공급 시스템(10)의 결함이 타당성 점검에 의해 검출되는 단계를 포함하는, 엔진, 특히 자동차의 엔진의 연료 공급 시스템(10)을 작동시키기 위한 방법에 있어서,연료 공급 시스템(10)의 결함이 검출될 때 엔진의 진단 주기가 유도되며, 연료 공급 시스템(10)의 각각의 부품(18, 19, 21)들에 대한 기능성을 검사하는 진단기능이 활성화되어, 결함을 야기하는 부품(18, 19, 21)들이 결정되고 표시될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연료 공급 시스템(10)의 타당성을 점검하기 위해 제어장치(25)에 제공되는 기능의 출력 신호와, 압력 제어 밸브(19)를 제어하기 위한 신호와, 저장실(17) 내의 압력을 조절하기 위한 신호가 생성되어 임계값과 비교되고, 임계값을 계속해서 초과하는 경우에는 연료 공급 시스템(10)의 결함이 검출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 압력 센서(21) 및/또는 하나의 고압 분사 밸브(18) 및/또는 하나의 연료량 제어 밸브 내지 압력 제어 밸브(19) 및/또는 연료공급 시스템(10)의 하우징 내지 밀봉 부재에 대한 기능성을 검사하는 진단 기능이 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 타당성 점검에 추가로 압력 센서(21)의 출력 신호와 압력 내지 연료량 제어 밸브(21)의 출력단이 모니터링 되고, 결함이 검출될 때 상기 결함이 표시되어 그에 상응하는 엔진의 비상 작동 기능이 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연료 공급 시스템(10)의 부품들에서 결함이 검출될 때 진단 주기가 종료되며, 그에 상응하는 엔진의 비상 작동 기능이 활성화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진단 주기 동안 고압 분사 밸브(18)의 결함은 적어도 실화 검출(304) 및/또는 평활화 조절(304) 및/또는 람다 조절(305) 및/또는 혼합기 적응(306)의 출력 신호를 평가함으로써 검출되어 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진단 주기 동안 압력 센서(21)의 결함은 적어도 람다 조절(305) 및/또는 혼합기 적응(306)의 출력 신호를 평가함으로써 검출되어 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 진단 주기 동안 압력 제어 밸브 내지 연료량 제어 밸브(19)의 결함은 적어도 압력 센서(21) 및/또는 람다 조절(305) 및/또는 혼합기 적응(306)의 출력 신호를 평가함으로써 검출되어 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 계산 장치, 특히 마이크로프로세서에서 연산 가능하며 상기 항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법을 실행하기에 적합한 프로그램이 저장된, 특히 자동차용 엔진의 제어 장치를 위한 전기식 저장 매체, 특히 롬.
