Claims (16)
- 저장실을 형성하는 내부케이싱을 갖는 냉장고에 있어서,상기 내부케이싱의 적어도 일부영역을 둘러싸도록 배치되어 냉매의 유로를 형성하는 증발기관부와, 상기 증발기관부의 길이방향을 따라 평행하게 배치되는 히터관부와, 상기 증발기관부와 상기 히터관부를 상호 열전도 가능하게 연결하는 연결부를 갖는 전열관유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전열관유니트는 거의 지그재그상으로 벤딩되어 상기 내부케이싱을 둘러싸도록 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 내부케이싱과 상기 전열관유니트 사이에서 상기 내부케이싱의 외벽면을 둘러싸도록 개재되는 전열판을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 양단부가 각각 상기 증발기관부와 상기 히터관부에 연결된 편단면 형상을 가지고 상기 전열관유니트의 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 증발기관부 및 상기 히터관부와 상기 연결부는 상기 전열판에 접촉되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전열관유니트는 상기 증발기관부 및 상기 히터관부와 상기 연결부가 상호 일체로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 전열관유니트의 상기 벤딩부분의 상기 연결부는 절취되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 히터관부의 내부에는 열선이 수용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전열관유니트는 상호 접착되는 한 쌍의 금속판 사이에 상기 증발기관부와 상기 히터관부가 형성되는 롤-본드 타입(Roll-bond Type)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 저장실을 형성하는 내부케이싱을 둘러싸도록 배치되는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법에 있어서,소정의 길이 및 소정의 단면크기를 갖는 원자재를 마련하는 단계와;상기 원자재를 가공하여 냉매유로를 형성하는 증발기관부와, 상기 증발기관부와 평행을 이루는 히터관부와, 상기 증발기관부와 상기 히터관부를 상호 열전도 가능하게 연결하는 연결부가 일체로 형성되는 전열관을 마련하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 연결부는 양단부가 각각 상기 증발기관부와 상기 히터관부에 연결된 평단면형상을 가지고 상기 전열관의 길이방향을 따라 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 전열관의 길이방향을 따라 벤딩부위를 결정하는 단계와;상기 벤딩부위의 상기 연결부를 절취하는 단계와;상기 전열관을 평면상에서 거의 지그재그형상으로 벤딩하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 히터관부의 내부에 열선을 수용시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 벤딩된 전열관을 상기 내부케이싱의 외벽면을 둘러싸도록 절곡하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법.
- 제10항 내지 제 14중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내부케이싱과 상기 전열관유니트 사이에서 상기 내부케이싱의 외벽면을 둘러싸도록 개재되는 전열판을 마련하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 전열관을 상기 전열판에 부착하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고용 전열관유니트의 제조방법.
