Claims (7)
- 적어도 하나의 격벽(21)에 의해 개별의 용기 챔버(23,25)로 분할되는 내부와, 외부 노즐 링(27)과 내부 노즐 코어(31) 사이의 환형 갭(37)으로부터 가소화된 튜브(3)를 압출하는 압출기 수단 및, 용접 및 성형 수단(5,7,13)을 구비하는 용기(19)를 제조하기 위한 장치로서, 상기 노즐 코어는 상기 환형 갭(37)으로부터 분기되는 합성 재료를 위한 가이드 수단(41,43; 53)과, 상기 분기된 합성 재료가 상기 압출된 튜브(3) 내로 연속적으로 연장되는 격벽(21)으로서 배출되는 적어도 하나의 단부측 출구 슬롯(45)을 가지며, 상기 용접 및 성형 수단에 의해 상기 튜브(3)의 단부는 용접에 의해 폐쇄되며, 상기 튜브에 작용하는 공기 압력 구배를 발생시킴으로써 상기 튜브는 팽창되며 성형 수단의 성형벽에 배치되어 용기(19)를 형성하는 용기 제조 장치에 있어서,상기 분기된 합성 재료를 위한 가이드 수단(41,43; 53)은 상기 출구 슬롯(45)의 출구 단부로부터 소정 거리 이격되어 상류측에 배치된 환형 갭(37)의 영역에 배치되는 용기 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 출구 슬롯(45)에 공급되는 분기된 합성 재료를 위한 가이드 수단으로서의 상기 노즐 코어(31)는, 상기 노즐 코어(31)를 둘러싸는 환형 갭(37)과 상기 각각의 출구 슬롯(45) 사이의 연결부로서의 적어도 하나의 횡단 구멍(53)을 갖는 용기 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 코어(31)는 중심 나사 유니언(40)에 의해 단부측에 나사 조임되어 있으며, 출구 슬롯(45)이 형성되어 있는 코어 팁(33)을 가지며,상기 코어 팁(33)의 표면과, 서로 대면하는 노즐 코어(31)의 종속부의 표면은 상기 중심 나사 유니언(40)을 둘러싸는 깔때기형 표면(41)과 원추형 표면(43)을 형성하며, 상기 표면들은 서로로부터 소정 거리 이격되어 위치되며, 상기 나사 유니언의 코어 내의 대응 통로를 통해 출구 슬롯(45)에 도달하며 상기 환형 갭(37)으로부터 분기되는 합성 재료를 위한 가이드 수단으로서의 나사 유니언 코어를 둘러싸며 상기 노즐의 종방향 축(29)에 경사지게 연장되는 입구 영역을 형성하는 용기 제조 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 팁(33)은 그 상류측 단부 영역에서, 상기 노즐 코어(31)의 종속부보다 큰 직경을 가지며, 분기될 합성 재료의 진입 위치에서 상기 환형 갭(37)에는 좁은 영역(39)이 형성되는 용기 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 코어(31)는 상기 출구 슬롯(45)에 바로 인접한 양측에 보조 공기를 위한 배출구(47)를 갖는 용기 제조 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 팁(33)의 나사 유니언(40)은 중심 공기 공급 채널(51)을 상기 배출구(47)에 연결하기 위한 분기선(49)을 갖는 용기 제조 장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용접 및 성형 수단으로서 블로우 몰드(5,7,13)가 제공되며, 상기 튜브(3)는 상부로부터 개방된 블로우 몰드(5) 내로 상기 압출기 수단(1)에 의해 압출되며, 압출 중에 전방 단부가 되는 상기 튜브(3)의 단부와 상기 블로우 몰드(5)가 폐쇄된 상태의 각각의 내부 격벽(21)의 전방 단부는 각각의 격벽에 연결되어 있는 용기 저부를 폐쇄하기 위해 상기 각각의 격벽(21)에 몰드의 하부측 용접 조(7)에 의해 용접되며, 상기 블로우 몰드(5) 상에는, 상기 블로우 몰드(5)가 폐쇄되어 있을 때 형성되는 용기 네크부(57)를 성형 마무리하며 용접에 의해 상기 네크부를 선택적으로 밀폐하기 위한 상부 가동성 용접 조(13)가 제공되는 용기 제조 장치.
