Description
Claims (15)
- 박리 가능한 표면층(top layer), 기재(substrate), 및 상기 표면층과 상기 기재 사이의 접합층(bonding layer)을 포함하는 적층체로서,상기 기재 및 상기 표면층 중의 적어도 하나는 다공질체이고,상기 접합층을 형성하기 위한 접착제가(A) 폴리머를 함유하는 수분산액(aqueous dispersion)―여기서 수분산액의 건조 필름의 인장 강도는 1MPa 내지 28MPa이고, 연신율은 100% 내지 2000%임―, 및(B) 가스를 둘러싸는 폴리머 셸(polymer shell)로 각각 이루어진 열팽창성 미립중공체(microsphere)를 함유하는 수성 접착제 조성물을 포함하는 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층이 장식되어 있는 금속판이고, 상기 기재가 다공질 보드인 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수분산액(A)이 비닐아세테이트계 폴리머 또는 공중합체, 우레탄계 폴리머, 아크릴계 폴리머 또는 공중합체, 실리콘계 폴리머, 클로로프렌 엘라스토머, 및스티렌-부타디엔 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수분산액(A)이 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트계 공중합체를 함유하는 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 수분산액(A)이 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트계 공중합체 및 음이온성 폴리우레탄 분산액을 함유하는 적층체.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 음이온성 폴리우레탄 분산액이 설포네이트기(sulfonate groups)를 가진 음이온성 폴리우레탄 분산액인 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 미립중공체의 양이 상기 수분산액(A) 중의 폴리머의 고형분 함량 100중량부에 대해 2 내지 100중량부 범위인 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 미립중공체가 20배 내지 100배의 팽창 배율 및 90℃ 내지 150℃의 팽창개시 온도의 물성을 가지는 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 표면층이 플라스틱 시트이고 상기 기재가 다공질 보드인 적층체.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트계 공중합체의 건조 필름 중의 톨루엔 불용분(toluene insoluble fraction)이 70중량% 이상인 적층체.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 미립중공체의 양이 상기 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트계 공중합체 및 상기 음이온성 폴리우레탄 분산액 내의 모든 폴리머의 고형분 함량 100중량부에 대해 2 내지 100중량부 범위인 적층체.
- 제1항의 적층체로부터 상기 표면층을 박리하는 방법으로서,상기 적층체를 가열하면서 상기 적층체에 빛(light)을 조사하는 단계를 포함하는 박리 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 빛이 5㎛ 내지 30㎛의 파장을 가지는 원적외선인 박리 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 적층체를 150℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하면서 2분 이상 원적외선으로 조사하는 박리 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 빛이 자외선인 박리 방법.
