Claims (12)
- 고체 담체 상에 팔라듐 및 루테늄이 합계량으로 0.1∼3.0중량% 담지되어 있고, 담지된 팔라듐:루테늄의 중량비가 1:0.2~5.0임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 팔라듐:루테늄의 중량비는 1:0.4∼2.5임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 담체는 탄소임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄소물질은 평균 크기 40∼400Å의 메소포아를 갖고, 전체 기공 체적에서 메소포아의 부피가 0.5 이상이며, 흑연유사 정도가 20% 이상인 중간 정도의 기공성을 갖는(mesoporous) 흑연 유사물질임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 팔라듐과 루테늄의 결정체들은 상기 탄소물질 그래뉼의 벌크내에서 상기 그래뉼의 외부표면으로부터 그 반경의 1∼30%에 상당하는 거리내에 층이 존재하도록 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 팔라듐 및 루테늄 화합물은 분무(spraying) 방법으로 담지된 것임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 팔라듐 및 루테늄 화합물을 담지한 후, 환원제로서 수소, 포름알데히드, 히드라진(hydrazine), 소듐 포르메이트(sodium formate), 글루코스, 또는 소듐 히포포스파이트(sodium hypophosphite)에 의해 추가로 환원시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 팔라듐 및 루테늄 화합물을 담지한 후, 환원제로서 수소, 포름알데히드, 히드라진(hydrazine), 소듐 포르메이트(sodium formate), 글루코스, 또는 소듐 히포포스파이트(sodium hypophosphite)에 의해 추가로 환원시켜 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 팔라듐 및 루테늄 화합물을 담지한 후 추가의 환원 조작이 없이 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제6항에 있어서, 팔라듐 및 루테늄 화합물을 담지한 후 추가의 환원 조작이 없이 제조된 것임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아로마틱카본산은 테레프탈산임을 특징으로 하는 아로마틱카본산 정제용 촉매.
- 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매를 이용한 아로마틱카본산 정제방법.
