Claims (8)
- 솔레노이드부의 여자작용하에 가동철심을 흡인함에 따라 밸브플러그를 변위시키는 자기지지형 전자밸브에 있어서, 상기 자기지지형 전자밸브는보빈(36)에 대해 동일방향을 따라 권취된 단일코일(34);상기 보빈(36)의 관통홀에 고착된 고정철심(38);상기 고정철심(38)과 동축상으로 배설된 가동철심(42);상기 가동철심(42)을 상기 고정철심(38)으로부터 이간하는 방향으로 가압하는 스프링(40)부재; 및상기 고정철심(38) 및 가동철심(42)의 일부 외주면을 감싸도록 배설된 환상 영구자석(46)을 포함하며,상기 영구자석(46)은 상기 고정철심(38)의 단부와 상기 가동철심(42)의 단부가 서로 대향하는 부위에 장착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동철심(42)에는 축방향을 따라 소정 간격만큼 연재하는 환상 요부(48)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 환상요부(48)는 상기 고정철심(38)에 대향하는 상기 가동철심(42)의 단부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브본체(18)는 상기 가동철심(42)과 함께 변위하는 밸브플러그를 포함하는 곳에 배설된 밸브기구부(24)를 가지며, 상기 밸브플러그가 제1 착지부(58)로부터 이간됨에 따라 압력유체 공급포트(12)와 압력유체 배기포트(14)가 연통되고, 상기 밸브플러그가 제2 착지부(60)로부터 이간됨에 따라 상기 압력유체 배기포트(14)와 배기포트(16)가 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 초기위치에서 상기 코일(34)에 통전되지 않을 경우, 상기 스프링(40)의 스프링력(fs)은 상기 영구자석(46)의 흡인력(F)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 코일(34)에 통전되어 솔레노이드의 흡인력(fa)이 발생됨에 따라 상기 솔레노이드의 흡인력(fa)과 상기 영구자석(46)의 흡인력(F)이 합산된 힘(fa+F)이 스프링부재(40)의 스프링력(fa)보다 커짐으로써 상기 전자밸브가 온상태가 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 전자밸브가 온상태가 된 후, 상기 코일(34)에 통전을 정지할 경우, 상기 영구자석(46)의 흡인력(F)은 상기 스프링부재(40)의 스프링력(fs)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 코일(34)에 통전을 정지한 후, 전류의 극성을 역전시켜 상기 코일(34)에 통전할 경우, 상기 스프링부재(40)의 스프링력(fs)은 상기 영구자석(46)의 흡인력(F)에서 상기 솔레노이드의 흡인력(fb)을 감산한 힘(F-fb)보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 자기지지형 전자밸브.
