- Arc gun을 이용한 탄소나노튜브 합성장치.
- 1항에 있어서 전이금속(Ni, Co, Fe) powder를 일정비율 혼합된 graphite target을 이용한 탄소나노튜브 합성장치.
- 1항에 있어서 bubbler를 통해 [CH3CO]2Co, [CH3COCH=C(O-)CH3]2Co, [CH3COCH=C(O-)CH3]3Co, [C6H5COCH=C(O-)CH3]2Co, Co(CH)10, Co2(CH)10, [CH3CO2]2Fe, [CH3COCH=C(O-)CH3]3Fe, Fe(CO)5, Fe(CH)10, Fe2(Co)9, [CH3C)CH=C(O-)CH3]2Ni, Ni(CH)10, Ni(CO)4등을 벤젠, 톨루엔, 에탄올등의 유기용매에 녹여서 공급할 수 있게구성한 탄소나노튜브 합성장치.
- 2항에 있어서 S 파우더가 첨가제로 혼합된 graphite target을 만드는 방법
- 2항에 있어서 NiS2, FeS등의 powder를 일정비율 혼합한 graphite target을 만드는 방법.
- 3항에 있어서 첨가제로 C4H4S를 공급할 수 있게 구성한 탄소나노튜브 합성장치.
