Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 기판과 상기 기판상에 설치된 전극을 갖는 전극구조에 있어서, 상기 기판이 불소를 포함하는 폴리이미드층을 포함하고, 상기 불소를 포함하는 폴리이미드층과 상기 전극의 사이에 불소를 포함하지 않는 수지층을 개재시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 전극구조.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 불소를 포함하지 않는 수지가 불소를 포함하지 않는 폴리이미드인 것을 특징으로 하는 전극구조.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 기판이 실리콘웨이퍼상에 불소를 포함하는 폴리이미드층 및 불소를 포함하지 않는 수지층을 이 순서로 적층한 것인 전극구조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 실리콘웨이퍼상에 실리콘산화물피막, 불소를 포함하는 폴리이미드층 및 불소를 포함하지 않는 수지층을 이 순서로 적층한 것인 전극구조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기판이 광도파로기판인 전극구조.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전극은 표면이 금이고, 기판과 상기 금의 사이에 알루미늄을 개재시킨 전극구조.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 전극은 표면이 금이고, 기판과 상기 금의 사이에 알루미늄을 개재시키고, 금과 알루미늄의 사이에 고융점 재료를 더 개재시킨 전극구조.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 재료가 크롬, 티탄, 몰리브덴, 텅스텐 및 이들의 2종류 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 전극구조.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 재료가 세라믹인 전극구조.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 고융점 재료가 일산화규소, 이산화규소, 일산화티탄, 이산화티탄, 삼산화이티탄, 탄화규소, 질화규소, 산화크롬, 오산화탄탈 및 이들의 2종류 이상의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 재료를 포함하는 전극구조.
- 제 6항 내지 제 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 금과 상기 알루미늄을 포함하는 전극의 전체 층두께가 4㎛ 이하인 전극구조.
