Claims (8)
- 초음파를 송수파(送受波)하기 위한 초음파 소자와,상기 초음파 소자를 포위하는 음향 윈도우와,상기 음향 윈도우 내에 충전된 초음파 전파액을 포함하고,상기 음향 윈도우의 벽면에, 액체 및 기체의 투과를 저해하는 베리어층이 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 상기 음향 윈도우의 내측 벽면에 형성되어 있는 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 폴리파라크실릴렌(polyparaxylylene)층 및 금속층 중의 하나 이상의 층을 포함하는 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 폴리파라크실릴렌층을 포함하고, 상기 폴리파라크실릴렌층의 층 두께가 0.1∼500㎛인 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 폴리파라크실릴렌층을 포함하고, 상기 폴리파라크실릴렌층이 디파라크실릴렌 또는 이의 유도체의 증착에 의해서 형성된 것인 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층은 금속층을 포함하고, 상기 금속층은 알루미늄, 금, 니켈 및 백금으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 금속을 포함하는 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 금속층을 포함하고, 상기 금속층의 층 두께가 0.1∼30㎛인 초음파 탐촉자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베리어층이 다수의 층으로 이루어지는 초음파 탐촉자.
