Description
Claims (10)
- 하우징(2) 내에 고압 밀봉되어 배치되어 있으며 이송 포켓(1a)들이 마련된 측정 로우터(1)에 의해 원료를 소정 구간에 걸쳐 이송하며, 하우징(2)은 공압식 이송시스템의 투입관(4)과 배출관(5)에 연결된 원료투입부와 원료배출부를 가지며, 상기 하우징은 이송된 원료로 인해 측정 로우터(1)에 발생된 일시적인 부하를 탐지하는 힘측정장치와 연결되어 있으며, 상기 이송 시스템의 투입관과 배출관은 상기하우징(2)의 바닥과 연결되어 구성되는, 투입성 원료를 중량에 의해 연속 측정하고 공압식으로 연속 이송하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 투입관(4)에서 배출관(5)으로의 흐름방향 전환부를 상기 하우징(2)의 상부 영역 내에 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공압식 이송시스템(3)의 투입관(4)을 측정 로우터(1)의 내부에 방사상으로 마련된 통로(8)와 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 통로(8)는 서로 동심적으로 배치되어 있는 구멍의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(2)의 상면(2a)은 밀폐판(2b)에 의해 밀폐되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(2) 내부의 흐름방향전환부는 배출부에 원호형상의 방향전환부(2c)의 형태로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 측정 로우터(1)의 이송 포켓(1a)들은 동심적으로 배치된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 하우징(2)의 하면에는 이송 포켓(1a)의 횡단면으로부터 배출관(5)의 횡단면으로 단면 변화시키기 위해 깔때기(9)가 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배출관(5)의 연결부(5a)는 이중연결부로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투입관(4)과 배출관(5)은 하우징(2)의 일측에서 클램프(10)를 통해 서로 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 투입관(4)과 배출관(5)의 보상기(11)를 하우징의 일측에서 공동의 브래킷에 고정시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
