Claims (11)
- 구동 모터 및 기어 장치를 포함하고, 하우징(20)이 제공되며, 상기 하우징 내에 적어도 기어 장치가 배치되고, 상기 기어 장치는 아마추어 샤프트(12)를 통해 상기 구동 모터에 연결된 웜(14) 및 피동 샤프트(30) 상에 지지된 웜휠(32)을 포함하고, 상기 피동 샤프트(30)가 편심 부시(40, 50) 내에 지지되고, 상기 편심 부시는 상기 아마추어 샤프트(12)와 상기 피동 샤프트(30) 사이의 축간격의 조절을 위해 회전될 수 있고, 회전된 상태에서는 회전 불가능하도록 상기 하우징(20) 내에 조립될 수 있는, 특히 차량의 윈드실드 와이퍼용 전기 구동 유닛에 있어서,상기 피동 샤프트(30)를 지지하기 위해, 상기 편심 부시(40, 50)가 베어링(43, 52)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 베어링은 제 1 베어링(44, 54) 및 제 2 베어링(45, 55)을 포함하고, 이들은 상기 피동 샤프트(30)를 따라 상기 편심 부시(40, 50) 내에 배치되어 사이 공간(46, 56)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베어링(43, 52)이 플라스틱 베어링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 3항에 있어서,열을 신속하게 방출하기 위해, 상기 플라스틱 베어링(43, 52)이 박벽으로 구현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베어링(43, 52)이 소결 베어링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 베어링(43, 52)이 롤링 베어링을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항에 있어서,상기 베어링(43, 52)이 하나 또는 다수의 밀봉립(53)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 제 1 및/또는 제 2 베어링(44, 54, 45, 55)은 밀봉립(53)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항에 있어서,상기 편심 부시(40, 50)가 윤활제용 홈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항에 있어서,상기 편심 부시(40, 50)가 상기 하우징(20) 내에 프레스 피팅에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
- 제 1항 내지 제 9항에 있어서,상기 편심 부시(40, 50)가 상기 하우징(20) 내에 고정 부재에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 구동 유닛.
