- 상부 금형 다이 및 금형 공동을 형성하는 하부 금형 다이를 갖는 금형을 준비하는 단계로서, 여기서 상부 금형 다이는 평면부를 갖고, 하부 금형 다이는 평면부 및 상기 금형공동에 보완적인 적어도 하나의 상측연장 외형 디자인을 가지는, 금형을 준비하는 단계;상기 상부 및 하부 금형 다이들 사이에 셀룰로오스매트를 위치시키는 단계;상기 셀룰로오스 매트를 상기 상부 및 하부 금형 다이들 사이에서 압축시키고, 역성형 목재 복합 도어 스킨을 형성하기에 충분한 온도까지 셀룰로오스 매트를 가열하는 단계; 및도어 스킨의 내부 표면을, 도어의 외부 표면으로서 외부에 배치된 반대편 외부 표면과 함께 구조적 지지체에 고정시키는 단계로서, 상기 외형벽의 적어도 일부는 상기 구조적 지지체로부터 떨어져 있는 상기 주요평면부에 대해 상대적으로 외측으로 연장하고, 여기서 상기 외측으로 연장하는 외형벽부는 상기 주요평면부보다 더 작은 두께를 갖는 단계를 포함하는, 제 1 내지 30항 중 어느 한 항의 도어를 형성하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스매트를 0.96 내지 1.08의 범위의 비중으로 압축시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스매트를 385°F 내지 450°F의 온도로 가열하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스매트에 550psi 내지 850psi의 압력을 가하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제31항에 있어서, 상기 고정 단계는 도어 스킨의 상기 내부 표면을, 상기 지지체 구조 및 상기 내부 표면 사이에 배치된 심스페이서 없이, 구조적 지지체에 고정시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 외부에 배치되는 외부 표면, 및 내부에 배치되는 반대편의 내부 표면을 가지는 역성형 목재 복합 물품에 있어서, 상기 목재 복합 물품은 정제된 셀룰로오스파이버들의 매트 및 상기 셀룰로오스파이버들을 함께 고정하기 위한 충분한 접합재로부터, 구조적으로 견고한 물품으로 역성형되고, 상기 목재 복합 물품은:제 1 평면 상에 있는 주요평면부로서, 이 주요평면부의 내부 표면은 표면에 접착적으로 고정되기 위해 내부에 배치되도록 적응된 후면이고, 제 1 두께를 갖는 주요평면부; 및자연목재 목공제품을 흉내내어 상기 주요표면부로부터 제 2 평면쪽으로 외측 으로 연장하는 외형부로서, 여기서 이 외형부는 제 1 두께보다 작은 제 2 두께를 갖고, 상기 외형부의 상기 외부 표면에서의 상기 정제된 셀룰로오스 파이버는 상기 외형부의 상기 내부 표면에서의 상기 정제된 셀룰로오스 파이버보다 더욱 연장하는 외형부를 포함하는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 5 중량%이하의 수지결합제를 포함하는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제37항에 있어서, 상기 수지결합재가 상기 물품 전체에 균등하게 분포된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제38항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 셀루로오스매트상에 열가소성코팅재료를 포함하지 않고, 수지-함침 종이 웃덮개를 포함하지 않는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스파이버들의 매트는 건조공정에 의해 형성되고 매끄러운 평면후면부를 갖는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 상기 외형부는 5-10 mm 거리로 주위의 주요평면부로부터 외측으로 연장하는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 셀룰로오스 매트는 물품 내의 셀룰로오스 섬유의 총중량에 기초하여, 40 중량% 이상의 연질목재 파이버를 포함하는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제42항에 있어서, 연질목재 파이버는 소나무, 전나무 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제43항에 있어서, 상기 셀룰로오스 파이버들은 100 중량% 연질목재 파이버인 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 정제된 셀룰로오스파이버들의 매트가 매트 내의 파이버들의 전체 건조무게에 기초하여 80 중량% 이상의, 목재조각들로부터 정제된 피브릴화된 셀룰로오스 파이버들로 형성되는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 상기 외형부는 주위의 주요평면부로부터 약 25° 내지 35°의 각도로 외측으로 및 내측으로 연장하는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 상기 외형부는 주위의 주요평면부로부터 약 30° 내지 35°의 각도로 외측으로 및 내측으로 연장하는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제36항에 있어서, 주요평면부는 제 1 비중을 갖고, 외형부는 제 1 비중보다 큰 제 2 비중을 갖는 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제48항에 있어서, 외형부의 제 2 비중은 1.02 내지 1.08의 범위 내이고, 주요평면부의 제 1 비중은 0.98 내지 1.00의 범위 내인 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 평면 지지체 표면을 갖는 구조적 지지체; 및상기 구조적 지지체의 평면 지지 표면에 대해 고정되는, 상기 주요평면부의 내부 표면을 갖는, 제 36 내지 제 49항 중 어느 한 항의 역성형 목재 복합 물품을 포함하는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 50항에 있어서, 상기 구조적 지지체가 벽을 포함하는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 50항에 있어서, 상기 주요평면부의 내부 표면은 그 사이에 배치된 심스페이서 없이 상기 평면 지지 표면에 고정되는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 52항에 있어서, 상기 외형부에 상응하는 내부 표면의 일부는 상기 주요평면부에 상응하는 내부 표면의 일부와 동일평면 상에 있는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 상기 주요평면부의 제 1 평면과 다른 제 2 평면 상에 있는 평면패널부를 추가로 포함하고, 여기서 상기 외형부가 상기 주요평면부 및 상기 평면패널부와 일체로 서로 연결되는,제 36 내지 49항 중 어느 한 항의 역성형 목재 복합 패널.
- 평면 지지체 표면을 갖는 구조적 지지체; 및상기 구조적 지지체의 평면 지지 표면에 대해 고정되는, 상기 주요평면부의 내부 표면을 갖는, 제 54항의 역성형 목재 복합 물품을 포함하는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 55항에 있어서, 상기 구조적 지지체가 벽을 포함하는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 55항에 있어서, 상기 주요평면부의 내부 표면은 그 사이에 배치된 심스페이서 없이 상기 구조적 지지체의 상기 평면 지지 표면에 고정되는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 55항에 있어서, 상기 외형부에 상응하는 내부 표면의 일부는 상기 주요평면부에 상응하는 내부 표면의 일부와 동일평면 상에 있는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
- 제 55항에 있어서, 상기 평면패널부가 상기 주요평면부에 대해 상대적으로 외측으로 배치되고, 여기서 상기 평면패널부의 상기 내부 표면은 상기 구조적 지지체로부터 떨어져서 위치하는 지지된 역성형 목재 복합 물품.
