Claims (25)
- 산소 이송 세라믹 물질로 이루어진 하나 이상의 중공 섬유를 포함하는 복합체로서, 당해 세라믹 물질이 산소 음이온과 전자를 전도하는 세라믹 물질이거나, 산소 음이온을 전도하는 세라믹 물질과 전자를 전도하는 세라믹 또는 비세라믹 물질과의 조합이고, 중공 섬유의 외부 표면이 동일한 중공 섬유 또는 산소 이송 세라믹 물질의 또 다른 중공 섬유의 외부 표면과 접촉하며, 접촉부가 소결에 의해 합체됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 산소 이송 세라믹 물질로 이루어진 하나 이상의 중공 섬유를 포함하는 복합체로서, 당해 세라믹 물질이 산소 음이온과 전자를 전도하는 세라믹 물질이거나, 산소 음이온을 전도하는 세라믹 물질과 전자를 전도하는 세라믹 또는 비세라믹 물질과의 조합이고, 유체를 도입 또는 방출하기 위한 접속 부재 1개 또는 2개가 중공 섬유의 적어도 한쪽 말단면, 바람직하게는 양쪽 말단면에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 함께 브레이드(braid)되거나 가연된 다수의 중공 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산소 이송 세라믹 물질로 구성되고 서로 평행하 게 배열되며 외벽들이 이들의 길이 방향에서 적어도 부분적으로 접촉하는 2개 이상의 중공 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 관상 멀티채널 부재 형태로 배열되고 외벽들이 이들의 길이 방향에서 적어도 부분적으로 접촉하는 평행하게 배열된 다수의 중공 섬유 또는 튜브를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 중공 섬유 또는 튜브들이, 내부 공간이 중공이거나 로드형(rod-shaped) 강화재를 포함하는 관상 멀티채널 부재의 외벽을 형성함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중공 섬유 또는 튜브들이, 기밀 또는 다공성 물질로 구성된 튜브의 내부를 따라 평행하게 배열됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 관상 멀티채널 부재의 중공 내부 공간이 산화 촉매를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 함께 제직되거나 성형된-루프 편직되거나 연신-루프 편직된 하나 이상의 중공 섬유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 산소 이송 세라믹 물질이 산화물 세라믹임을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제10항에 있어서, 산화물 세라믹이 페로브스카이트(perovskite) 구조, 브라운밀러라이트(brownmillerite) 구조 또는 오리빌라이트(aurivillite) 구조를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 산화물 세라믹이 화학식 ABO3 -δ의 페로브스카이트 구조(여기서, A는 2가 양이온이고, B는 3가 또는 이보다 고가의 양이온이며, A의 이온 반경이 B의 이온 반경보다 크고, δ는 0.01 내지 0.9, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.5로서, 당해 물질이 전기적으로 중성이 되게 하는 수치이고, A 및/또는 B는 상이한 양이온들의 혼합물로서 존재할 수 있다)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 산화물 세라믹이 화학식 A2B2O5-δ의 브라운밀러라이트 구조(여기서, A는 2가 양이온이고, B는 3가 또는 이보다 고가의 양이온이며, A의 이온 반경이 B의 이온 반경보다 크고, δ는 0.01 내지 0.9, 바람직하게는 0.01 내지 0.5로서, 당해 물질이 전기적으로 중성이 되게 하는 수치이고, A 및/또는 B는 상이한 양이온들의 혼합물로서 존재할 수 있다)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 유형 A의 양이온이 주요 그룹 II의 양이온, 전이 그룹 I의 양이온, 전이 그룹 II의 양이온, 란탄족의 양이온 및 이들 양이온의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 Mg2 +, Ca2 +, Sr2 +, Ba2 +, Cu2 +, Ag2 +, Zn2 +, Cd2 + 및 란탄족 원소들로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서, 유형 B의 양이온들이 주기율표의 IIIB족 내지 VIIIB족 및 란탄족, 주요 그룹 V의 금속의 양이온 및 이들 양이온의 혼합물, 바람직하게는 Fe3 +, Fe4 +, Ti3 +, Ti4 +, Zr3 +, Zr4 +, Ce3 +, Ce4 +, Mn3 +, Mn4 +, Co2 +, Co3 +, Nd3 +, Nd4 +, Gd3 +, Gd4 +, Sm3 +, Sm4 +, Dy3 +, Dy4 +, Ga3 +, Yb3 +, Al3 +, Bi4+ 및 이들 양이온의 혼합물로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 제12항에 있어서, 페로브스카이트 구조를 갖는 산소 이송 산화물 세라믹이 원소 Ba, Sr, Fe, Zn 및 O를 포함하거나 원소 Ba, Co, Fe, Zr 및 O를 포함하고, 특히 화학식 BaCoxFeyZrzO3 -δ의 조성을 갖는 산화물 세라믹(여기서, x, y 및 z의 합은 1이고, z는 0.1 내지 0.5이고, x는 a*y의 범위에 있으며, a는 0.8 내지 1.2이고, δ는 제12항에서 정의한 바와 같다)을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 복합체.
- 중합체 및 세라믹, 특히 산화물 세라믹 또는 세라믹 전구체를 포함하는 조성 물을 자체 공지된 방법으로 노즐, 바람직하게는 환형 노즐을 통해 압출시켜 미가공 중공 섬유를 제조하는 단계(i),미가공 중공 섬유(들)의 외부 표면(들) 사이에 접촉부를 형성시킴으로써 단계(i)에서 생성된 하나 이상의 미가공 중공 섬유로부터 미가공 복합체를 제조하는 단계(ii) 및중합체를 제거하고 단계(i)에서 세라믹 전구체를 사용한 경우 세라믹을 형성시키고 중공 세라믹 섬유들 사이에 접촉부를 생성시키기 위해, 단계(ii)에서 생성된 미가공 복합체를 열처리하는 단계(iii)를 포함하는, 제1항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 압출이 건식 방사공정, 습식 방사공정 또는 용융 방사공정에 따라 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 미가공 중공 섬유(들)을 브레이딩, 가연, 제직, 성형-루프 편직 또는 연신-루프 편직하거나 미가공 중공 섬유들을 서로에 대해 평행하게 겹쳐 놓음으로써 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 미가공 중공 섬유들이 로드형 강화 부재 둘레 또는 튜브 둘레에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 단계(ii)에서 생성된 미가공 복합체의 열처리가 900 내지 1600℃의 온도 범위에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 단계(iii)에서 제조된 복합체가, 중공 섬유의 하나 이상의 말단면에서 유체를 도입 또는 방출하기 위한 하나 이상의 접속 부재에 합체, 바람직하게는 접착 결합됨을 특징으로 하는, 제1항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 중합체 및 세라믹, 특히 산화물 세라믹 또는 세라믹 전구체를 포함하는 조성물을 자체 공지된 방법으로 노즐, 바람직하게는 환형 노즐을 통해 압출시켜 미가공 중공 섬유를 제조하는 단계(i),단계(i)에서 생성된 하나 이상의 미가공 중공 섬유와 당해 미가공 중공 섬유의 하나 이상의 말단면에서 유체를 도입 또는 방출하기 위한 하나 이상의 접속 부재로부터 미가공 복합체를 제조하는 단계(iv) 및중합체를 제거하고 중공 세라믹 섬유들과 하나 이상의 접속 부재 사이에 접촉부를 생성시키며 단계(i)에서 세라믹 전구체를 사용한 경우 세라믹, 특히 산화물 세라믹을 형성하기 위해, 단계(iv)에서 생성된 미가공 복합체를 열처리하는 단계(v)를 포함하는, 제2항에 따르는 복합체의 제조방법.
- 산소 함유 가스 혼합물, 특히 공기로부터 산소를 분리하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 복합체의 용도.
- 산화 반응을 수행하기 위한, 특히 유기 화합물의 촉매적 산화를 위한, 제1항 내지 제16항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 복합체의 용도.
