- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 인산에스테르류가 불소 변성 인산에스테르인 성형 스탬퍼.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 인산에스테르류가 인산모노에스테르, 인산디에스테르 및 인산트리에스테르 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 성형 스탬퍼.
- 스탬퍼가 부착되는 미러면을 갖는 금형과,상기 미러면에 설치된, 인산에스테르류를 함유하는 윤활막을 갖는 광 디스크용 기판의 성형 금형 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인산에스테르류가 불소 변성 인산에스테르인 성형 금형 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 인산에스테르류가 인산모노에스테르, 인산디에스테르 및 인산트리에스테르 중 하나 이상을 함유하는 성형 금형 장치.
- 금형의 스탬퍼와의 접촉부 및/또는 상기 스탬퍼의 상기 금형과의 접촉부에, 인산에스테르류를 함유하는 윤활막을 형성하는 성막 단계와,상기 금형에 상기 스탬퍼를 부착하는 부착 단계와,상기 부착 단계에 의해 상기 스탬퍼가 부착된 상기 금형에 재료를 충전하여 디스크 기판을 성형하는 성형 단계를 갖는 광 디스크용 기판의 성형 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 성막 단계 전에, 상기 금형의 스탬퍼와의 접촉부 및/또는 상기 스템퍼의 상기 금형과의 접촉부에 경질막을 형성하는 단계를 더 갖는 광 디스크용 기판의 성형 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 부착 단계 전에, 상기 성막 단계에 의해 형성된 상기 윤활막 형성제의 두께를 균일하게 하는 균일화 단계를 더 갖는 광 디스크용 기판의 성형 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 균일화 단계에서는, 상기 인산에스테르가 불용해성을 갖는 용제에 의해, 상기 성막 단계에 의해 형성된 상기 윤활막의 표면을 닦아냄으로써, 상기 윤활막의 두께를 균일화하는 광 디스크용 기판의 성형 방법.
- 인산에스테르류를 함유하는 윤활막을 기재 상에 형성하는 성막 단계와,상기 성막 단계에 의해 상기 기재에 형성된 상기 윤활막을, 상기 인산에스테르가 불용해성을 갖는 용제에 의해 닦아내는 제거 단계를 갖는 윤활막의 형성 방법.
