Claims (9)
- 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를 역상 현탁 중합시켜 흡수성 수지를 제조하는 방법으로서,(A) 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 수용액을 석유계 탄화수소 분산매에 첨가하여 분산시키고,(B) 얻어진 분산액에 계면활성제를 첨가하여 더 분산시킨 후,(C) 필요에 따라 내부 가교제의 존재 하에, 수용성 라디칼 중합 개시제를 이용하여 역상 현탁 중합을 행하는것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,공정 (A)에서, 수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체 수용액을 고분자계 분산제의 존재 하에 석유계 탄화수소 분산매에 첨가하여 분산시키는 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,공정 (B)에서, 계면활성제와 함께 고분자계 분산제를 더 첨가하는 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,공정 (A)∼공정 (C)를 거쳐 얻어진 흡수성 수지를 후가교제로 후가교하는 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,계면활성제가, 폴리글라이세린 지방산 에스터, 수크로스 지방산 에스터 및 솔비탄 지방산 에스터로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고분자계 분산제가, 무수 말레산 변성 폴리에틸렌, 무수 말레산 변성 폴리프로필렌, 무수 말레산 변성 에틸렌·프로필렌 공중합체, 무수 말레산·에틸렌 공중합체, 무수 말레산·프로필렌 공중합체, 무수 말레산·에틸렌·프로필렌 공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌·프로필렌 공중합체, 산화형 폴리에틸렌 및 산화형 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수용성 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가, 아크릴산 및 그 염, 메타크릴산 및 그 염, 및 아크릴아마이드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,석유계 탄화수소 분산매가, 탄소수 6∼7의 지방족 탄화수소 및 지환족 탄화수소로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종인 흡수성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 제조 방법에 의해서 얻어지는 흡수성 수지.
